L’emplacement

The location is truly spectacular. In addition to the beach just a two-minute walk away, there are also two grocery stores within a ten-minute walk. While the apartment is fairly basic, it has everything needed, including the use of a separate laundry room and a wee outdoor grill. The real bonus, and the feature we used and enjoyed most, is the outdoor space. We loved it!

The bedrooms, particularly the one with bunk beds, are very small, though the main bedroom has a sizable closet (there is no closet in the smaller bedroom, but there is a bureau). And the couch is barely big enough for two people and not especially comfortable, but that's okay, as we spent most of our time outdoors anyway.

La vue et le calme

Pas assez de rangement. Chambre des lits superposés pas de rangement du tout. Douche rien pour poser son gel douche. Pas de clarté sauf la chambre. Partage de la petite terrasse avec l'accès à la salle "machine à laver", nul. Je ne relouerai pas cet endroit, surtout pas l'été où les stores de la chambre doivent être maintenus fermés pour ne pas faire entrer la chaleur.

L'appartamento è grazioso, ben curato e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la posizione e in particolare la finestra della camera matrimoniale con una bellissima vista fronte mare. Per 4 persone gli spazi sono un po' limitati ma per il nostro weekend è andato benissimo. Molto bello anche il terrazzino esterno dove poter pranzare e cenare, anche se occorre spostare il tavolo della cucina che però si apre e chiude molto facilmente. Nel complesso ci è piaciuta molto, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Peccato per la seconda camera senza la finestra, per pochi giorni non è stato comunque un problema

Une demande de surfacturation par la conciergerie, 130€ de plus que le prix booking. Heureusement, après plusieurs échanges, cette surfacturation a été annulée. Appartement sombre et sans fenetre ,hormis celle de la chambre.

Mehrere defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände, unter anderem im Kühlschrank fehlten Ablagen, die Jackengarderobe im Eingangsbereich musste von uns erst notdürftig repariert werden, der Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer war mit Toilettenpapier in der Wand befestigt. Die Lampe der Dunstabzugshaube war defekt.
