Alla richiesta di poter usufruire di una colazione gluten free Leonardo si è prontamente adoperato facendoci avere prodotti da una pasticceria specializzata.
Posizione nella parte bassa della città a meno di 5' dall'inizio della zona vecchia e con la possibilità alternativa di accedere, nello stesso breve tempo alle scale mobili che portano alla Rocca.
Pulizia della stanza impeccabile.
Segnalo solo quello che per alcuni potrebbe essere un problema (per noi non lo è stato).
Mancando la possibilità di oscurare totalmente le finestre la mattina presto entra luce nella stanza.

We liked the dedication to every single detail, be it the guest’s well-being, the cordial and warm welcome and the beautiful design.

The room was tidy, with everything one may need. Chairs, wardrobe, hangers. You also have a broad balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped too. Excellent for 1-2 people. The host is very attentive and welcoming. I had a short stay, but only have good comments about the place.

good communication before arrival. lovely welcome from owner. great breakfast provided and facilities very clean very well provided communal area and a great location for our first visit to Speloto.

everything. clean, quiet, well appointed, free parking outside the front door, ample free breakfast, easy 3 minute walk into the centro storico. and the hosts, Leonardo and his mother, Alessandra, were exceptional.

The location was superb with private parking for guests. When we arrived the owner was waiting and provided us with lots of valuable information about the area and where we could eat. The inside of the BNB was beautiful with a modern design and well furnished. The room itself was amazing and super clean. For breakfast we were provided our own “care package” which contained a full spread of different breakfast treats. Would 100% recommend to anyone who will be staying here.

The hosts were great and the place was clean, comfortable and nicely located near the city center. Very nice stay, and the hosts were so great! We even got home made pie for breakfast!
