Situated in Seville, this lovely villa for $745 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. -: Elegant Luxurious house in the center of Seville with private lift and roof top terrace. Luxury with a capital L. -: Luxury house located in the Arenal neighborhood, a few minutes from the Maestranza and in the center of Seville is this unique property. Private manor house with access with private elevator from the street level to its large solarium terrace located on the third floor. A luxury. The entrance from the street leads to an entrance hall. On this level we have two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower is located outside the room. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Going up the stairs or if you prefer with the elevator, you reach the first floor with a large stately living room and kitchen. On the second floor we have the "master bedroom" with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub and the 4th bedroom also has a double bed and bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have a large TV screen with Smart TV and the whole house has a SONOS audio system. If we go up one more floor, we reach a second kitchen with sink and minibar. In this area we also have a washer and dryer and we have the exit to a large private L-shaped terrace. The terrace has a shower, sun loungers and a dining table from MAY 2020. -: All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due. Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred. Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld. Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels. Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit. -:

This property is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to do any cooking, and communication with the property owner was easy. We finished every evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine - definitely a highlight! Would stay here again, for sure.

First time in Sevilla and staying at this apartment set my family and I up for the best experience. It was in a great location, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Loved the set up, decor, roof top terrace, the spaces. If I were buying an apartment in Sevilla, I would want to buy this one. I fell in LOVE with Sevilla, and fell in LOVE with this apartment. Traveled with my husband, two daughters (18 and 25) and my mother and mother in law (78) and the elevator was such an added plus. Can't say enough great things about our stay, this townhouse is simply the best!!!

Very spacious accommodation in central Seville- walking distance to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Had all the amenities and a lovely roof terrace too. Be aware though that given its central location it is close to a number of bars and they stay open very late at least on Fridays- so if you want peace and quiet you should think about a different area.

The place couldn’t have been more ideal. Perfectly located. Bathrooms for all bedrooms. Very well decorated and with all the amenities (after all of our walking that elevator was unexpectedly useful!). One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property The location was perfect. Close to shops, and many tourist attractions. The accommodations were very comfortable with an individual bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The decor was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem.

Just a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is recently renovated with all modern appliances and is just gorgeous. The terrace was the perfect place to wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The neighborhood is so cool and lively. The bar across the street has delicious food. The coffee-shop/bar/restaurant on the corner was a favorite place for us to grab breakfast or an afternoon coffee. The grocery store is so close. Definitely stay here.

We absolutely loved this place. We were a group of 7, and the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths were perfect. There’s also an elevator inside the house which made moving our luggage a lot easier. The location is great too, everything is walking distance from here. Would definitely come back here.
