spacious, clean, quiet, secure & private.

Location a bit of a negative & a bit hard to find but it’s features outway the location.

We can’t find the house as we arrived around 9pm but the owner pick up our phone even it’s very late. The location is great and the rooms are spacious.

the bedrooms have unpleasant smell. the bedsheet is not clean

cockroaches, rats, the sheets and blankets looks dirty but they are not. If there's a dishwasher, it is great. Only 1 bathroom with a noisy fan, very annoying if someone use the toilet at night. The mattress is not that good.

Don’t be discouraged by the property being up the back of Denham. It was just a short drive into town and the house itself is great. The owners were very friendly and easily contactable if we needed them.

Very neat and clean. Spacious and quite place.

Recommended to have fly nets on windows and fly net doors. Which would be more safer. Pest control require.
