The bed pillow had hairs inside the cover, bathroom toilet had hairs and toilet seat cover had stains and not cleaned. Window drapes had stains. Bathroom walls had food and other things stuck on walls
Clean the room a lot more. Food quality is ok, food taste is ok. Food variety is good.

Hotel is linked with the shopping mall, great for family and staff is just awesome. Everyone was so nice..security, front desk, restaurant and special mention to the Chai stall at the breakfast area.

It’s value for money.
The hotel’s in a mall and doesn’t really have a lot to offer. Very basic hotel built for overnight stays, and not really for any leisure or “staycations”.

The staff was very rude.
The bathrooms water flow was very bad
All the bath water goes through the WC area making the entire area slippery and dangerous.

My Room was upgraded and made my stay more comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very courteous. Check in was done promptly. Like the spread of Breakfast too.
