Get ready to be charmed in this gorgeous Historic Home remodeled with all the upgraded amenities. Location is AMAZING: Steps to downtown Lexington with access to restaurants, shops & nightlife. 10-20 minutes from everything else (Keeneland, Bluegrass Airport, Fayette Mall, etc.). Cozy family room with 65 inch tv. The kitchen is completely updated with marble countertops, wine fridge & stainless steel appliances. Opens up to a spacious outdoor dining patio and living space with fire-table & grill. The house sleeps 6 people (3 bedrooms - 2 Kings, 1 queen). There is also a queen air mattress for two people, portable pack-n-play, baby gate and portable high chair available if needed - please request in advance. Includes 2 full baths upstairs - Huge updated master bath includes large shower for two people and two sinks. Second bath has clawfoot tub with sprayer, no shower). Master bedroom has huge walk in closet with built ins - very spacious. Very clean - we wash duvet covers after every stay! This house is perfect for groups, couples, anniversaries, wedding parties, family reunions, getaways or any occasion. There is also an attached 1 car garage, plus room for 2-3 additional cars in the driveway which is amazing to have in a downtown location. Additional street parking is also available. Drugstores, gas stations, liquor stores, and grocery stores less than 5-10 minutes away if you need to stock up for your stay. Uber everywhere! This charming house will have everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Loved the house & location. Wasn’t fond of the camera in back of house. We understood ring door bell and camera in driveway. Lack of privacy in back yard around fire pit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and charming. Everything we needed was provided, and since we did some cooking/baking for the holiday, that was much appreciated.
It was relaxing to sit on the back patio around the lit fire pit drinking hot cocoa.
The rooms were just right for our group.
The kitchen and master bath were especially nice. The home is in an older historic area of Lexington and our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to explore the surrounding neighborhood.
We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back up this way.

We are two couples from Ohio and North Carolina, lifelong friends, who met here to go to the Races at Keeneland. We stayed 3 nights and made good use of the home. Had dinner the first night, breakfast two mornings, evening appetizers on the lovely patio.Such a charming home and a wonderful stay. ( even won a little at the races.)

This property was PERFECT! It was very clean and had all the amenities and more! We loved the location. It was close to distilleries, horse tours, great restaurants, downtown and so much more! I highly recommend staying here.

Cousin's Trip
My cousin and I took a girls trip to Lexington. I drove from Indianapolis. She flew in from Atlanta. The house was more than accommodating for the two of us. Beautiful home in a friendly neighborhood. Many places within walking distance. Short drive to the breweries and horse park. The horse park and museum is a MUST see!
Good fellas pizza is delicious! Old fashion Coffee house is nice too. Doodles is a great brunch spot. Azur Restaurant and Patio was delicious for our last day meal. Loved every minute of our stay.

Outstanding House
My siblings and I took my dad on a trip to the Bourbon Trail and stayed at this residence in Lexington for 3 nights. The location was excellent within walking distance of several restaurants/pubs. Was close to many things to do.
The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard is awesome with nice dining table and comfortable seating area. We spent many hours hanging out in the back yard.
The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Bedrooms were very nice and plentiful. Decor was very nice and it was perfectly clean. The owner was very nice and responded to all my questions very quickly.
I highly recommend staying at this property.

We usually stay in downtown hotels when we visit Lexington but thought we would try a house this time. This house met all of our needs. A very short drive to Keeneland, Fayette Mall and a very nice walk to downtown. If you prefer to drive downtown, it is only a couple minutes away. The house is very comfortable and updated with everything you need. It was nice to park my SUV in the garage as well. I especially loved the backyard space. I enjoyed morning coffee and evening bourbon next to the firepit. We spent an entire day just soaking up the sun, reading and taking a nap in the backyard. So relaxing. The backyard also provided a little bird and squirrel watching. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, as well as a grill outside. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom is a great space to relax, watch TV, read or just enjoy the walk-out deck. Very spacious. Overall fairly quiet for an urban setting. We traveled with two teenagers and they loved their rooms as well. We will be back!

The house was in the perfect location for access to downtown and restaurants. For a family it was also a great set up. The adults both had kings and the kids shared a queen. Weather was nice enough that we got to use the back yard as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house has a nice blend of the old Lexington with modern remodeling. We walked to a game at Rupp. We had fun visiting downtown restaurants. It served as the meeting place for various family members that live all around the county. I recommend this house to visitors to the Bluegrass.

Great location. Excellent for our family gathering. Not ideal for a big group due to only one true shower. However property owner was upfront and honest about the shower situation from the beginning. The furnishings in the home were nicely appointed and the kitchen was large and well stocked.

We came down with another family for our son’s meet. I loved this house! It was super clean and packed with amenities. I fell for the flooring, wall and door styles- so much I want to incorporate a few ideas into our home. The kids loved the closets and unique spaces. They also huddled around the fire table outside and kicked a soccer ball around out back. It had a bar area complete with wine fridge. I also loved all the sky lights. We’d love to come back and walk the neighborhood and go downtown if we had more time. It’d be neat for a couples getaway to the bourbon trail or more family fun! The host Ami was super nice and responsive. A+!
