Location très bien très propre
Bien situé à part le bruit qui est insupportable
Impossible d’ouvrir les baies vitrées avec la chaleur
Impossibilité de se reposer pour les gens d’un certain âge

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très agréables et l appartement superbe avec tout ce qu il faut a l intérieur pour se sentir chez soi. Proche du centre ville de dax

appartement très agréable et bien placé pour les curistes, le seul bémol est le problème de stationnement mais nous aviserons l'an prochain, nous nous sommes renseignés.la propriétaire est très agréable

Je ne recommanderais pas ce logement
Trop cher trop de taxes que subit le locataire
