The rooms facilities (wardrobe, AC, fridge,TV) and staffs were good.
It was near to my office location which was the best part.
The chef's and restaurant people adjusted with demands.
For Early checkin I had to pay extra amount which was little too much as per the time.
Limited options for breakfast available, it was mentioned buffet breakfast but it was not buffet system moreover the options were less. Drinks or juices were charged extra. Extra breakfast cost was not at all worth it, it was a total waste of money taking breakfast included option.
Menus provide were not the updated once, the cost of food charged was different than what was mentioned on the menu.
Food options were limited.
Bedsheets/linens were not clean, even the sofas and chairs were too dirty, there as no balcony as well.
Overall it was a overpriced stay.

Cleanliness, location, value for money, room.
Food from the restaurant was too spicy and oily. The hotel does not allow outside food. I ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant on two days and found it to be very spicy and oily. Did not have breakfast in the restaurant.

The room is comfortable
The long faced and frustrated receptionist who is of no help and sours the experience. The first day at the hotel a good gentleman amongst the staff was kind enough to remind us of breakfast via a call to the room. But the second day no-one called, so I called up to find out whether breakfast was available. Upon dialling 9 I heard the frustrated receptionist answer and I his "let the guests go to hell" attitude annoyed me and I regretted making that as the first voice I heard that morning right after waking up. Otherwise, the hotel has good facilities. I noticed this on the day of check in and it's the third day now.

There is nothing much to like about this hotel except the location of this hotel.

property says wifi available in room.. but not even a single signal bar was showing when trying to connect to hotel wifi..my spouse was so pissed off (as she also had to work online during our stay) and promised not to stay at this place again !!!! shocking part is reception staff said the wifi router/equipment was right in front of my room !!!!! and hotel front desk does not know how it can be fixed.. finally had to resort to personal phone hot spot (with limited data per day) and as it was consumed,, had to check out at 1 midnight and leave to airport.. this is very wrong way of projecting/promoting about their wifi.. Not acceptable at all.. Also they claim free parking at premises but you actually need to park in front of other store (located in the ground/road level) at their (store's) discretion OR somewhere on the road.. Highly risky if you are driving in your own car..So Never believe their parking and wifi claims..

The breakfast served was good..except for the coffe or tea its pretty much wate room are spacious
The door we got a room with a pretty bad door.we couldnt lock it easily...everytime we had to shut it with a bang and the neighbour roomates werent happy about it

Internet is good. Location is ok
The upper management, especially both the people sitting in the reception are so uncaring and uninteresting. Borderline rude. Never once did I see them smile towards me, never accommodated any of my reasonable request. For instance when I was checking out and struggling with my luggage they were just standing there. They didn't even thank me while leaving.

They have this weird policy that only those guests can enter the room in whose name it has been booked, not even your immediate family members.
The room had seepage on the walls, bathroom was stinking
There is no place nearby where you can have breakfast.
Being located on the main road, there is a lot of traffic noise.
