This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muños Marin Airport, 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by. Places to eat are at a walking distance, you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants. If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away. Is your check-in is late at night? Don't worry, this is place has an automated check-in with an access code. Access code will be send same day of your arrival.

Everything went smooth and efficiently from check in to check out! Great location close to everything just a short Uber ride away. It was so nice to have a vending machine on the ground floor for a quick snack or water! The host was so responsive for any questions and recommendations. Accommodations were great and the AC was great!

Me and my family stayed in the apartment for four days. Overall, we had a very good stay, and the owner is a very nice person. I appreciated the fact that for a very reasonable price, the owner provided all the basic things a family would need for a comfortable stay.
One recommendation I have for the owner is, please include another lock from inside the apartment. Currently, the apartment's main door has one deadbolt lock only, which can be opened with a spare key from outside. Having an additional bolt from inside will provide the guests with much more assurance as most of them are new to the area. Please consider that, and that would really help elevate the rental. Overall, I would rate the property as excellent and the owner, as outstanding.

We stayed a few days here, it was easily accessible, easy check in and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Wonderful and very helpful host. Really great location with easy access to main roads. AC is only available in the rooms, but it is manageable.

Bed was too small for a couple they need to upsize and attach it to the headboard. TV as well upsize and put some movie channels Netflix prime video, or something

Angel was very nice I only stayed one night because I read it wrong on the beds situation it wasn’t enough room for my boys overall we did feel safe and the air condition feels great in the bedroom

Everything went smooth any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. The property was exactly the online pictures. The area was nice and peaceful, yet not too far from the excursions we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend and re-book when I go back.

Angel was easy to communicate with and we had no difficulty registering or coming and going from the clean residence. He was friendly and checked in on us in passing. It was a nice quiet area.

The owner was very nice to me and my husband. He was there for our every need. The apartment was clean, and it was in a neighborhood , that was nice and cultural. The neighbors was really nice, we like it because it shows how puericans live. 15 to 20 minutes most of the tourist attractions are within. You will need to Uber or rent a car. Its a pizza place called Juan pizza within walking distance of 6 minutes. A Baskin Robbin 10 minutes walk. Gas station 6 minutes walk. It's an urban area, that is nice and yes I will stay there again. Also the vending machine at the apartment is really nice and has good prices. You will enjoy the experience, we even walk the whole neighborhood. And we was safe.

Angel was very helpful. We only slept and showered there. The property was very close to everything we went to go experience. Roosters gave us a rude awakening one morning but that is all part of the experience. I would stay again.

I felt Like the host was always looking at us getting inside the house and outside. We were having a very low conversation while walking in to the house and he came out and started yelling at. Us because we can’t talk at all after 9. We are on vacation so how is that possible

Really nice place to stay the host angel was keeping touch to see if we need it everything, and the unit was very clean once we got there he gave the instructions he send were so easy get to the unit. All I could say I felt so good staying there cause was quiet and all the stores are close by and beaches and a plaza las America’s that it’s like 10 minutes from the unit I would recommend 100%. Also parking was good also we had our own space to park. Angel thanks again am planning to go back again and would stay there again I felt like home and welcome thanks again angel. Cute apartment. Neighborhood was noisy a few nights. The parking area was littered with dog poop a few nights when we’d arrive back.

The property was very clean, it was a great place to sleep. We were out most of the day and returned to rest so it was perfect and safe for that. The neighborhood was not the best hated the potholes but very clean and safe.

Nice place within a few miles of Old San Juan, Candado Beach, and the largest mall in the Caribbean ;-)
Wifi and television are onsite. Angel is available if needed. Full kitchen, bath, full-size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in a second. I felt safe. UBER works great - parking may be a bit of a hassle.

The property was modest but very clean. The location was convenient for commuting to the airport and all of San Juan. As mentioned in other reviews, the host was very friendly. For the price, I think this place is definitely worth it. I would stay agin.

Great stay
Angel was extremely helpful with all of our needs from check-in to check-out! We don't have phone service in PR because we use Verizon towers for our service and he made sure we were able to arrive at the property and get settled! Thank you so much Angel!

There was loud music coming from nearby well into the night (we stayed on a weekend), so it may not be a great place if you have kids who need to go to sleep early. Also, the shower was a bit temperamental. Overall Puerto Nuevo worked well for what we needed in lodging!

The property manager is awesome. He tries very hard to please his guests.
Our only negative was we were there while Bad Bunny had two nights of concerts nearby and the noise/ fireworks went on into the wee hours of the morning. Certainly not the property managers fault, but something to be aware of.

The owner Angel was great and assisted us with any needs we had on our 5 day trip! The property was safe, clean, just the right size and had all the items we needed to enjoy our vacation. There is AC in the rooms to provide even more comfort. All in all a wonderful experience.
