Only 6 miles from downtown Florence or Muscle Shoals. Part of house is actually over the water with boat lift underneath living room. Views of river are amazing with lots of glass in living room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms.. Large outdoor deck that allows you to enjoy the river view. Entire house is on one level with no steps to climb to get to water and both piers.

I loved the location right on the water’s edge! The only wheelchair accessible property I could find available. We had a great time and room for family to stop by and visit. Unable to use the step in shower but everything else was accessible. Master bed was great! The whole property was very unique and we enjoyed the deck and lake view even though it was cold. We loved it and I can see why it had a five star rating. Host Tommy was very gracious and brought us flowers and was only a phone call away if needed. Mark

Tom was great and property is gorgeous. Lots of room and views are great. Only negative is that decking and floors need some repair.

Property is beautiful and the amenities were varied and many. Anyone looking to spend time at the lake for fishing and outdoor activities will love this property. The living area is plush and comfortable as are the bedrooms. You can easily cook and prepare meals or order in. There are also many restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoyed it immensely.

This place was amazing. From anything you needed in the kitchen to the most comfortable beds. The view is so relaxing and enjoyable made us not want to leave. Our host Tommy was awesome from giving us a tour of the house and its amenities to being available for anything we needed. We would love to make a return trip in the future. We stayed 10 days with our handicapped son in a power chair and our dogs. House worked out wonderfully. The view is great. Loved the restaurant choices-close to so many options we got spoiled.

This property is the perfect place to get away for a long weekend or an extended stay. It's on a nice little cove in a quiet neighborhood and still close enough that Florence and Muscle Shoals are only a few minutes away. Not that one will need to go to either, because our host supplied everything we needed except the groceries we used for our meals. He had coffee, every kind of spice and condiment one can think of as well as a great ice machine. The beds had high end mattresses with perfect linens. Bathroom towels etc., were of high quality as was the soap he provided. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. This was our second visit and the weather wasn't perfect like the last visit, storms and rain found us 3 of 4 days, but that just showed that it's a great place to ride out a storm too. As I drove the 200 miles back to my Kentucky home I was already planning my return.

Four of us stayed at the wilson lake vrbo. Each couple had a master bedroom with king bed and private bath. There is a 3rd bedroom and bath that we did not need. This house sits on the lake. You could not be closer to the water. Tommy is a wonderful host. He greeted us, showed how everything worked and said to ask for anything else we needed. The living room has ample comfortable seating and large tv. Truly enjoyable stay.

We just spent a 3 day weekend at Tommy Lake House, enjoying the Lake, fishing, and relaxing. And let me say this house and Tommy get an A plus from us. It’s everything it said to be, super clean, and has anything you would need to prepare a meal, or just relax in comfort. Tommy also went above to make sure we were familiar with everything about the house by meeting us when we arrived and showed us everything. Gave suggestions on some Restaurants that they enjoy, and to top it off even had fresh flowers on the table. Thank you Tommy for being such a super host, cant wait to plan another trip.

Tommy was an awesome host who really takes pride in taking care of his guests! He made sure we had everything needed to immediately start enjoying our time at the lake...There were even fresh flowers on the table! The house is large enough to accommodate several people and we especially enjoyed the master bedroom suite with its own living area including a small refrigerator, sofa and tv (almost like having two houses in one!). The scenery was peaceful and relaxing with a great view of the lake, a huge deck right on the water and a firepit for S'mores and sitting around the fire. Can't say enough good things about this property and the host!

Having all the “extras” made this VRBO exceptional. Tommy is a gracious host. He said the truth about catching fish from his dock. He has all the set up for an outdoor fish fry, which is unusual. There were so many things already here and available for guests use. The setting is beautiful which you have many areas to view, inside and outside. Restful and refreshing bring your friends there is plenty of room!

Mr. Tommy goes above and beyond!! His home is roomy, well stocked, and the best views from every room in the house. A great location, not far from restaurants, stores, etc. I would highly recommend you book this house for your next lake vacation!!! Mr. Tommy is super friendly and a great host!!!!

Incredible spot right on the water. Walk out the door and down a few steps and you are at the water ready for a nice float, swim or to jump in your boat. Owner has more than you'll need furnished at the home. Great TV, Internet and surround sound. Owner met us at check-in to make sure we had all the info we needed to have a great week. Muscle Shoals or Florence is only a 10-15 minute ride to restaurants, shopping and site-seeing. Great value compared to other places we have stayed!

From Tommy our VRBO host to the remodeled living areas, this place was perfect. Some reviews mentioned the need for updates, but those must have been before. This was nice. There is lots of deck space for sunning and fishing. Tommy recommended a marina for a boat rental (Steenson Hollow Marina are great people to work with), and the boating experience was a good addition. Make sure to opt up to the innertube. That ended up being the hit. Will definitely go back.

Great place for relaxation, golf, and fishing. RTJ Shoals golf courses are 10-15 minutes away. Step outside and start casting. Caught several spotted bass from the deck. Owner is very easy to work with.

Upon walking into the property, our group was stunned - the lake house is more beautiful than VRBO pics show. The owner has thought of everything and made our stay the perfect vacation. There are so many little details that are done to the house to make it stand out from others we’ve stayed in. The owner, Tommy, was such an outstanding host - met us at the property upon arrival to give us a tour of all the amenities that were available to us and even gave us outstanding tips on things to do in the area. We can’t wait to return!!

Spent a great week with ‘mature’ family members. Easy in and out and having the living room over the water was such a plus when Mother Nature wouldn’t cooperate. House is immaculate and enough space to spread out if need arises. Tommy is uber-communicative and strives to make your stay as stress free as possible - he’s part of the brand. Would def stay here again.

My wife and I brought our youngest son out on spring break to visit Muscle Shoals. We found this house with the best views and location right on the water. It was the best trip we have ever taken. The house was amazing and I can not say enough about Tommy the owner. Such a great host and guide to the area. From check in to check out a Give Star experience.
