The second living area boasts a huge sectional, the comfiest Lazy-Boy, a 65" Smart TV, a built-in bar, and an attached private back balcony porch. Your choice of three snug bedrooms awaits: 1. The primary suite on the first floor features a luxurious King bed, a spacious private bathroom, and a giant closet. 2. Upstairs, a plush Queen-size bed awaits, accompanied by a roomy dresser and closet. 3. The second upstairs bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, lavish linens, and abundant natural light. Our rooftop patio is a gem, adorned with string lights, a propane heater for chilly evenings, a minibar, comfy seating, and ample space for entertaining right in Downtown. The house was perfect! Located in the town square and easy to walk to Dickson and campus. We really enjoyed the two living spaces - one for the adults and one for the teens! The property is managed well and all of our needs were met almost immediately! Would definitely stay in this house again!

Property was as advertised. Nice bedrooms, multiple big living spaces plus a great porch. Can walk everywhere in downtown from here but still a nice quiet spot to stay. Hosts were good communicators and house was clean with plenty of towels, comfy beds, and other handy amenities

This house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the couches are comfortable, and it's nice to have a garage. The location is fabulous. An easy walk to both the Square and Dickson Street.

A couple blocks off Dickson and a couple blocks off the square. It was very clean, had an extra living upstairs and cute outside second story patio. Perfect for a family or friends trip. We will book again!

We loved this place so much!! We were able to walk to shops, bars, and restaurants with out an Uber. Plus at the end of the night my twins and all their friends came to hang with us moms...plenty of room in the kitchen/living room. Great place and loved that my car was able to stay in the garage. We will definitely be renting again.

We came to Fayetteville for a Hogs basketball game and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s a block away from Dickson Street and saved us on Ubers all weekend. The House is super spacious and cozy and has a great deck upstairs.

The Harribo is a fantastic townhome close to all you might need or want near Fayetteville center. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and very roomy. The property manager was always at the ready if we needed anything and very easy to get a hold of. We had a great time and will definitely be rebooking the next time we are in Fayetteville.

The communication was top notch! My family and I stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The property was well stocked and very clean. Location was great and within walking distance of literally everything. If we are in the NE Arkansas area again, we will definitely be staying again!

This is a great property for a family or adult group of 4-6 travelers in Fayetteville. Location is a very short 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants. The house itself is exceptional. There are multiple living area's which makes it great if the group wants to split up without being on top of each other.

Central location makes this the PERFECT place to stay! Shared this beautiful townhome with 2 other ladies for mom's weekend. We all had our own bedrooms (2 shared a bathroom upstairs) and there are 2 living spaces; one up and one down so someone could do work or watch a movie while the others hung out and talked. There is also an outside deck with ambiance lights and a standup heater (we didn't have to use) but great for those chilly nights. This place was immaculate and comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer--like all year round!
