This updated and sunny home is steps to Egypt Beach and a short bike ride to Scituate Harbor's restaurants and bars. This 4 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 adults and provides a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. One bedrooom has a queen bed, two bedrooms have full beds and the fourth bedroom has a daybed. There is one full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs as well as an outdoor shower. Washer and dryer are available. Egypt beach is a wonderful family friendly beach with lifeguards during peak summer months.

No info from owner about trash collection , recycling, Wi-Fi, local shopping and activities. Only two bedrooms of four have ac. Great location to beach. Nice yard and children oriented activities. Well equipped kitchen. Extra beach equipment available.

This is our second summer renting this house and it was just as wonderful as the first year. The house is roomy and has all the necessary amenities, including beach supplies. Close to nice beach. Host was quick to respond to questions. We will definitely come back!

The binder was missing upon arrival but the host is quick to reply and answered any and all questions. The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach. They had everything on hand that we needed to enjoy the beach. No coffee maker but Keurig available with tons of pods. We also really loved the amazing view from the loft area in the master bedroom. Would come for another stay in a heartbeat 💗

Had a great week at this location. Everything went well and the listing details matched up to the reality. Kids and adults both enjoyed their time.

Great location and overall great stay. Check in was easy, no instructions for garbage or check out, so that was easy too. House was clean, but listing is a little misleading. There is AC, but only in main bedroom and kitchen area, other 3 bedrooms and living area do not have it. Fans are provided in every room. No trundle bed, and no grill (was shown in photos). We had a toddler, 3 kids under 8, and 4 adults. Bedrooms were tight, but very functional. Short walk to the beach was a plus.

Only complaint was lack of window shades. None in the kitchen and the sun was blinding in the afternoon. Also shades in bedrooms did not keep out light. With small children that's a problem. They had it very well set up for children other than that.

Awesome house with plenty of space for 7 of us. Fantastic location near beach by the house and driving to downtown Boston and other towns was easy. Would recommend staying here and myself and my family would again without hesitation.

The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids had a blast. The location is spectacular! We will be back again someday!

Family-friendly spot. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach and easy access to downtown, harbor, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
