Nothing

We thought we were luckily that we had a rental booked just a few days after our area was hit hard by Hurricane Ida. However it was another blow to us as we did not get the rental I booked & paid for. I booked Summer Breeze West Beach house in Gulf Shores for $1300.00 but was given access to Summer Breeze 21 in Orange Beach which is a glorified Motel 6. The "condo" was terrible, didn't have enough beds, was 20 miles away from where we booked & we were told we had to stay at the condo due to no availability elsewhere. Noyhing has been done to make this right. I paid for a house but was advised the house we booked was not available therefore we had to stay in a condo that costs 1/4 of what I paid for. No acknowledgmemt or sincere apologie given until Meyers confirmed the error which was 3 days into our stay. No one made an effort to correct the issue. I'm still waiting to get a response, compensation & resolution. Worst trip ever.
