Good location for us since we were visiting family.

Stanza grande, pulita e bene organizzata.mi
Colazione non inclusa e di qualità insoddisfacente.

Service in the Punch Bowl.
When we arrived I noticed some of the fruit in the fruit bowls by the front desk were turning or had turned bad. When we got to the room we found that one of the remotes for the curtains didn't stay on its wall holder and the remote didn't work. When ti was time to use the reading light only one worked. In the bathroom there are no towel racks or rings near the sink for a hand towel or wash cloth.

Oyster special was GREAT!
coffee in the room was 7-11 level poor.

Everything was great! From an easy check in till we left, everything was spot on. I had read about some bad reviews about your staff. They were absolutly awesome! Ian in the bar was hands down the best bartender I have had in years! Food that we had was Excellent!
Just wished the breakfast was included.

Convenient location to hospitals and to restaurants and bars on Harvard St.
If you’re not going to offer complimentary breakfast, it might be nice to just put out some breakfast bars and fruit.

Spacious room, very clean and airy, with nice closet and bathroom facilities.

The hotel itself was very clean and the room was as well, the bed was comfortable, and TV was good size with easy to operate controls (Having been at a Marriot with no working TVs, this is no longer a safe assumption LOL).
The location is close to the more popular areas of Boston while being about $100-$150 cheaper per night than staying in town near Copley Sq. or in the Seaport. The check-in staff was extremely nice, as was the bartender for the short interaction we had at their in-house restaurant, Punch Bowl.
Valet was $45/night, and I'm not a fan of other people driving my car, so I opted for the VERY close (across the street essentially) Brookline Place Parking Garage, highly recommended for those that prefer Self-Parking.
We stayed here to save money on spending the night in town from our Suburban home, and would stay here again, but please see "didn't like" for the nitty gritty.
p.s. if you are going to the Red Sox, this is a very close hotel to the Fenway neighborhood.
Check out front desk attendant was incredibly rude when I asked for a receipt for checkout, and specifically said "you don't get one, and yeah it's Booking, Booking sucks" -referring to Booking.com All I wanted was a checkout receipt, which he did not provide and said I "don't have one". Weird because what did email me then with attachment called "FOLIO", LOL. I'm a local to Boston so I wasn't thrown off by the attitude, and rolled with it, but an out-of-towner might be really offended in person. I'll just dock you on the review, especially to other Booking.com people. Shape up. The room only had 2 clean paper coffe cups (still in plastic), and 1 "used/opened" coffee cup. No glass or alternative drinking vessels were provided. (Cheap Nestle-branded water was being shilled for $3 a bottle in the room, the kind you get 24 of for $3....)

The gym was nice.
The store in the lobby was convenient
The breakfast was expensive for what was available

It’s brand new and the decor is inviting and pleasant. The rooms almost feel like a 5 star hotel. The lobby is basic but still pleasant.

5.0
1) Size of the room and working spot is great
2) Good wifi
3) Microwave, iron and coffee maker in a room
1) The room wasn't clean enough. I had women's hair on my bed, and bedsheets weren't ironed at all.
2) When I turned on the conditioner, the system was cracked throughout the entire room, and it was impossible to sleep at night if the air conditioner was on.
3) The warm blanket on the bed was synthetic, and it was not very pleasant to sleep under it
4) Service:
- You need to pay +$150 deposit under arrival even if full price payed via booking before you come. It was unexpected, not mentioned anywhere, and I am still waiting for getting money back.
- Asked for a service for fixing a toilet, and no actions were taken.
- Room cleaning every other day - even if you personally request to clean it.
- I gave private feedback on my first day of stay messaging through Booking, but nobody responded.
- The invoice was promised to sent via email but I've never get it as well.

I asked for extra towels because my wife needs atleast 430 to dry off, and you provided.
The view.

The location was good. Near the T and very convenient. The room was huge and the bathroom very nice.
The breakfast could have been better. Not worth 18 dollars. When we got there, everything was empty- the juices, eggs, and potatoes. We had to ask them to refill. We also had to ask for plates, cups, and everything else.

Brookline is a little bit out of the city, but plenty of restaurants in the area. We will definitely rebook this hotel.

The location was great - near JP where our grandchildren live.
We would have liked a small cafe where we could sit and have a simple breakfast.

I'm kinda a germophobe lol, so I was pleased at how clean our room was! Exceeded expectations. Very comfortably appointed room and bathroom. The two women working the front desk were professional, gracious, helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Room is well insulated from city noise and we couldn't hear neighbors or hallway noise at all. Will def stay here again when going to another rock concert or ballgame at Fenway Park! We enjoyed an easy 20 minute walk to the show at historic Fenway and didn't have to deal with the subway, although that's a convenient option as well.
The AC in the room was a bit loud, but it was white noise which I actually didn't mind!

Restaurant and menu needs some enlivening. Not what we expected from a nice hotel like the Garden Inn Boston.

ALL staff is phenomenal. This is our 2nd visit since March and both times were wonderful experiences (especially since we are there for Dr visits at Dana Farber) Checkin/out is fast & easy. Valet a breeze. Shuttle to DF is a wonderful perk. We have eaten breakfast & dinner at Punch Bowl, it is so good! Room is spacious & clean. We will be back 2 more times in July. (Dana Farber again). Will definitely book here!!!!
