The Space: Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked and beautifully renovated kitchen, and not just 1 but 2 spacious entertainment spaces! Sleeping 14 guests comfortably, this home was created with large families in mind! Featuring key-less entry, wifi, multiple Smart TVs, cable, private fenced-in backyard, and a close proximity to park lake, playground and baseball field. Parking is no problem, with a driveway large enough for 4 to 5 vehicles. Bright and modern, this freshly remodeled kitchen features all white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Down the hall you will find Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 along with an updated full size bath. Downstairs you'll enter our second living room, designed to be an entertainment space for game nights and quality time. This spacious room features a seperate living space with a queen size pullout bed, Smart TV with cable included, a card/game table, an upgraded kitchenette and the second full size bath. Off the living space is Bedroom 4 which also includes its very own Smart TV with cable included. Use the walkout basement door off the entertainment space to access your own private fenced-in backyard perfect for enojying the breeze while eating dinner on our patio table. Guest Access: Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood next to park with lake, baseball field and playground making an ideal stay for families. Other Things to Note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. Interaction with Guests: Hosts are always available for guests during stay via booking platform.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. I do wish it had one more bathroom. We loved all the parking space. The property details say there are 5 bedrooms but there are only 4. The beds are comfortable but they are on the floor which could be an issue for someone to get on and off. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and it was very clean. A few cobwebbs here and there but thats3no big deal. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing experience with Neat Suites (managers of property). Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness surpassed all experiences I have had with vacation rentals. Leading up to our stay, I peppered them with email questions that they quickly replied to. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Ideally located for us near the properties we have access to plus Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin, and liquor stores (all needed to make the perfect family/friends trip). We do this trip every year and will be reserving this home again. Thank you!

Met all of our needs. Loved the park behind the back yard. Very spacious. Our 6 adults and 3 children were well accommodated. The only thing I would comment on is that if you have a toddler, you need baby gates to keep them off of the basement steps. Also the cement back patio has a 2-3 foot drop on one end. Supervision required for small children. Otherwise, it is a great accommodation!

The house couldn't have worked any better for 8 of us. Everything we needed was there. We had more than enough room. Clean, quiet, very nice area, great back yard and a playground in the back was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had our first family getaway and this was the perfect location. Close to Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum, but even closer to a public park that we used regularly 6 kids ranging from 2-11. House was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for all.

We stayed here with a few family members including two toddlers. The two levels was a perfect option for us and the large kitchen made family dinners easy to prepare. The location was nice and quiet and off the busy street. The park around the corner was super convenient as was the Walmart up the street. The property manager responded quickly with answers to questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

A very spacious house for 12 adults, all of the beds were comfortable and there is a lovely back yard. Both coffee brewing machines had portions that did not work but together we were able to make either a pot of coffee or a single cup. Thank you so much for the coffee provided. The home was clean and easy to locate. Very spacious with plenty of room for air matresses if you did not want to utilize the pull-out beds. Only complaint was the beds are very low (mattress only, no box springs) and needs a few more blankets.

We loved the convenience to stores. The backyard and neighboring park were perfect for the kids. I did want to mention we saw a few ants in the kitchen, along the wall by the sink. No big deal for us, but some folks might get a little upset .

Nice house with two living areas. The early am downstairs folks could wake up and make coffee and shower without waking the up stairs folks. Very clean. Only suggestion is to add a few pillows for those who don’t care for fat/plump pillows.

Everything was as described. Tested the 14 person max and we fit wonderfully. Convenient for museums. Two local restaurants, Beans and Kelley’s were excellent. Other choices were available as well. There is a wonderful park behind the house to play. Many items provided ie coffee, shower products, laundry soap etc. House was very clean with plenty of parking. Host is very accommodating.

We went to see the Ark. The location was close to the Ark. Close to restaurants, gas stations and Walmart. The house worked very well for all the ages we had ….2yo-39yo.

House was perfect for our family while we visited the Ark and the Creation Museum. The owners were very accommodating to our needs. There was plenty of room for the family to hang out together. The basement was ideal for our teenagers to watch movies and play games. We were able to cook to save money on restaurants. The kitchen had a good variety of pots and pans.

We took 10 people to see Creation Museum & Ark exhibits. Location was spot on. House was large enough to accommodate us all and we had enough room to move about and make lots of memories. Thank you Jeremy for the hospitality and rapid responses to my questions. Great host, clean house, and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely do this again!

This property was in a great location for our family visit to The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house was well stocked and clean. Our only critique would be that the mattresses need to be higher as we had folks who are older traveling with us and the beds were quite low to the ground. The mattresses were comfortable just too low. Outside of this the property was just as expected and we hope to return next year with other family members to enjoy this great location.

Very good house for our group of 3 couples. Only thing we missed was a griddle or electric skillet for cooking bacon for a group. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Would highly recommend.

The house was nice and clean; however, there was no extra toilet paper, facial tissues, or cleaning products available. Overall, it was a nice quiet place to stay. Having the washer and dryers was a huge help too!

This house was perfect for our week long stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. They really thought of everything, you could show up with just your clothes and a toothbrush and be just fine. They even have 2 washers and 2 dryers to make laundry for large groups a breeze! The only slight downside was hearing trains come through the town, but it wasn't too loud to be a big problem. Overall, this was a great property and located in a quiet neighborhood, you're even steps away from a park right outside the back yard. We highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our two families. We were visiting The Ark and The Creation Museum. We spent time at the house New Year's Eve and it was clean and very nice. We stayed up late playing games. I would highly recommend this house!

Five senior adult ladies stayed four nights. We were extremely comfortable. The house allowed us to be together at meals and visit in the evenings, so it was much better than seperate hotel rooms. Five things I'll mention I wish had been different or may need addressing: 1) would have been easier if the double beds had not been bunk beds, 2) a bath mat had been available for the shower downstairs...it was very slippery, 3) more hangers would have been helpful, 4) the lamp in the back bedroom may need to be repaired, 5) the room with bunkbeds had ants. Overall, it was ideal!
