First time staying here...excellent location and well-equipped. Owner communication is first-class. Just booked for another stay!

We've used this house several times before. As always, we had a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about this house. The set up of the house inside was perfect for two families. The porch to sit on every morning with coffee and every night to star gaze and watch storms roll through the back rolling fields was exactly what we needed for our Lake Cumberland vacation. Ample room for our boat and jet ski to park. And to have the cows on the farm was so fun for us also to hear and see from a perfect distance.

This is our 2nd time staying here- We love this property. The house is well equipped! Perfect for kids and the view is beautiful. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

The best compliment I can give is that we will rent again. Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable farm house close to the lake. We couldn’t ask for more.

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A very relaxing place to spend time with family in the area. It was a well equipped property and is great for families wanting a nice place to stay. It is accommodating to a family with children although we didn't have any with us. There were several toys and games available. The house had a very clean smell to it. Very nice property.

This place was a great stay. Clean cozy and loved the coffee setup. We will definitely be renting here when back in Lake Cumberland. Love this rental plenty of room to enjoy family time and the beds were comfortable for a good night sleep after being on the lake all day. Can't wait to come back.

Very clean and comfortable house

This was our second stay here and it was every bit as good as the first visit. I like that you listened to my suggestion for a bigger dining table. The new one looks and works great. We will definitely be staying here again.

We love staying here when we come to the lake. It is close to beaver creek Marina and close to the town with plenty of food options and Walmart if you need groceries. The host are excellent in helping out in anyway and always with fast responses.

We enjoyed this cute farmhouse - owner is so generous and everything you need for your stay is provided - we cooked each night and grilled - owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun!!! By far the best place we’ve stayed at in Cumberland. The location is perfect, scenery is beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious and roomy for the 6 of us. The kids loved playing outside. We enjoyed the corn hole game and the fire pit. The house was spotless and decorated so cute. We really enjoyed this house. It felt like we were at home.

We are an active family and they had games there to play along with wood and chairs for campfires. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are very spacious. The property is well maintained. It is a short drive to Beaver Creek Marina where we keep our boat. We will definitely be staying here again

This was our first stay at this property. We have stayed at several in this area and this has been , by far, the best. Everything about the description is accurate. They location is perfect for weekends on Lake Cumberland or even exploring the area. Even though the weather for our boating was not perfect, our stay at this house made it a great weekend anyway. We had this place reserved for two visits this year and with our experience, we are glad we.

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse tremendously ... hated to leave. The home is gorgeous and furnished with all you could possibly need - and extremely clean and well kept. We visited to see family in Monticello and it was so convenient to everything - 5 minutes to my mother's home, yet feels like pure country. The fire pit and furnished wood was a highlight for us in the evenings to relax outdoors and take in the pretty countryside and sunsets. My 84 YO father was traveling with us and the home was very comfortable and accessible for him to navigate and access the bathroom with walk in shower. Highly recommend this property for your choice when visiting the area. Close to marina and several other activities in the area. Thank you again Vickie & Paul for sharing this little gem with us.
