About this house rental
Amazing Water Views at this First Floor Waterfront Condo! Large front Patio. Walk to the boardwalk around the lake, fish from the banks, or swim the Community Pool which overlooks the lake, located within steps of the front patio. This two bedroom condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room). There is a completely stocked Full Kitchen, 2 Full Bathrooms, and a Washer and Dryer. Wireless Internet and Cable Tv provided with Flat Screen TVs in every room including the patio. Enjoy evenings outside at the propane gas Fire Table. Take your own boat or Rent a Boat from the Marina. Visit the Birkdale Shopping area for a very unique shopping experience with a downtown feel. Tons of restaurants close by. 25 minute drive to Charlotte. Stay in and relax or keep moving with all this area has to offer! There is something for everyone including water sports, fishing, golfing, lot of attractions for NASCAR fans, movie theaters and so much more! Due to Covid-19 we are making sure to do additional sanitizing of entire condo and cleaning all major touch points. We are also blocking off 5 days after guests leave to allow for sanitation.

We stayed here for 2 months while having work done on our home. The condo is in great condition and at a very convenient location. Owner was very accessible for questions. It was nice having pool and pickle ball courts available. Definitely can recommend.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while looking for a house of our own. This had all the amenities, including a nice kitchen, and we could walk into Davidson (though usually we drove). North Harbor Club restaurant is in walking distance (5 minutes) and we enjoyed treating it like our neighborhood hang. (They are usually booked for weekend brunch but if you go at 10:30, they'll seat you right away.) Anyway, condo is highly recommended.

Great Condo on the Lake

(They are usually booked for weekend brunch but if you go at 10:30, they'll seat you right away.) Anyway, condo is highly recommended.

Anchors Away
This property was perfect for our stay. Close to our family in Davidson, close to restaurants and the lake. We kept out boat across the lake and it was easily accessible and convenient. The neighbors were friendly and the pool added a nice feature on a hot day.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The condo is well stocked with all necessities. Extra bedding, plenty of towels, a thoughtful welcome basket with essentials to hold you over until you get to the market. Jamie has been a godsend to us as we had to extend our stay twice. Excellent communication. I hate to leave. I will absolutely miss the beautiful view. Highly recommend this condo for anyone in need. I may come back just to enjoy the lake in warmer weather.

Best Rental Experience Ever!

What a find!
We needed a place in Davidson for a month and we could not have gotten luckier. This is a gem. Amazing location and the condo is like new! So clean and upgraded. We felt very comfortable. If I didn’t live in the area now we would book again. We are going to miss that lake view!
