The Neighborhood: The Signature couldn’t be closer to all of the action Las Vegas has to offer! Located just steps away from the strip means easy access at any time. Enjoy endless shops, restaurants, shows, casinos, and even rides. Looking for something else to do? Topgolf is just feet away from your front door. Getting Around: In the case the you need to get around town, there are many options to choose from! Hop on the SLS Monorail located just behind the building or use services such as Lyft and Uber. A short walk to Koval and Harmon will provide you access to a bus stop as well. Exotic car rentals are always worth a spin for special occasions! Keep in mind there is still much to be seen within walking distance. Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

The tower is separate from the main casino and mgm grand, which makes for a much quieter and more peaceful getaway. Everything is a short walk away, the strip is right around the corner, monorail and mgm grand are connected by a walking tunnel which is nice when its raining or 100° outside. Will definitely be returning

Nice property however furniture could be updated, View of the Strip from balcony as advertised was actually mostly view of construction going on on the back side. I was expecting actual view of Vegas Blvd

Everything from checking in to checking out went well. The staff were all friendly and attentive, my room had a great view. I would highly recommend staying in this property. I will most definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful. Loved the fact that we had easy access to the MGM casino and the monorail got us around where we wanted to go. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice touch too. We enjoyed it alot.

We loved the amenities in the building, the location, and the price. The apt itself needs some TLC. One of the sinks in the bathoom did not work properly and we had issues with the key reader on the door but jet bathtub was great. Apt was very spacious for 2 people. Other Than that it was great! I would stay there again!

The condo was large with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was quiet, super clean and no cigarette smoke that you get from the casino hotels. Connected to the MGM Grand with lots of delicious restaurant options. Two monorail stations within a short walk and Uber or taxi called up by the valet. Beautiful view from our balcony where we could see the lights of the strip and the mountains behind. Excellent stay! Excellent choice!

For our first time to Vegas this was a perfect stay. The accommodations were clean and just as advertised. Matt communicated with us from the time of booking until our check out. If you are looking to be close to strip but “away” this location is perfect! The amenities are wonderful. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! This is a GREAT VALUE!!

Great location and walking distance to the strip. Loved how we could walk through inside to get to the mgm grand which took us right to the main part of the strip ! Great location and view from the balcony ! Great communication with owner and hotel staff was also great !

The condo was very spacious with a big outside balcony. Bathroom was very big and my wife loves the jetted tub. The property manager Matt made sure we were taken care of and our stay went perfect. My wife and I will be staying in this condo again and will be recommending all of our friends and family to stay in this condo.

Easy to check in and out no long lines. Beutiful Balcony and view of the strip, very easy to get to the pool at MgM. Clean room and plenty of space. Only downfall is it is a long walk to the main casino.

The location, view and property were all fantastic. Easy covered walkway access to the mgm and a short Uber ride to almost anywhere. If we visit Las Vegas again we would no doubt stay here.

The check in and out process was very easy, we had access of all facilities with MGM and was in a great location. Place was clean, quiet and the location was convenient to shopping, attractions and places to eat. The property manager responded in a timely manner to correspondence and we will add this place as a nice place to stay in Las Vegas.

The room and atmosphere was great. The parking could be a little bit of a hassle if you were coming in late because you self park down the street and shuttle back. They are serious about the no smoking, not even on the balcony, but you can smoke down across from the front doors in a covered area. Check in was easy. It is in a good location and an easy walk to MGM Grand. We would stay here again!
