Very well equipped self catering apartment in an excellent location just a few metres from the beach. The main Encarnation building with its cafe bar and restaurant is also just 5 mins away. The apartment was in a single storey complex so would be very good for people with walking difficulties.
Car parking can be difficult during the season so we booked the private car park (very reasonable rate and secure) which in theory is just a few minutes away. However, extensive roadworks meant a complicated diversion through the existing one way system; but we got there in the end.
This should be held against the apartment or "Encarnation" staff - not there fault.

The room
When we arrived we were told we couldnt stay in that apartment as we had a small dog. We pointed out we had staued on the same apartments only 8 weeks before with no problem. We were told No you haven't. We corrected the lady only to be told we would have to pay 150 euro as a deposit for any damage caused by the dog. But on departure they never even looked at the room to check. Will not return again such a shame as we have used this hotel several times with no problems .

Very good location! Only 15 meters from the beach, in spite of that very quiet. The apartment is well-equipped, just like a privat flat.
No heating in the apartment and unfortunately the aircon is not enough for heating the whole place.
Not so easy to find free parkpalce at the hotel.

Modern, large, comfortable but in an olde world setting. Beach is 60 seconds walk from front door. The associated hotel is a beautiful old building. Reception was first class.

It was like having your own little finca, 4 adults stayed 4 nights with plenty of space, beach right on doorstep, accomodation was immaculate and very modern, everything you need is in it, little away from strip, we used little tourist train to go in and out which was great fun, would highly recommend this accomodation if you like being in the old town

Generally, location is very good just few metres from seaside, lots of places to eat out and bars. Apartment specious.
Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during whole stay, basically help you self. Here is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook, also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Good wi-fi.TV shows only Spanish channels.

We had an an adjoining door for the next door apartment. A little noisy. Air conditioning good. Not in the bedroom. A fan would have been good.

Location, accommodation was very modern.and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Reception staff very helpful especially Alejandra. Free Car Parking.
Service in the restaurant was rather slow but that is probably being over critical.

Nice, small apartment, patio and free parking nearby, good kitchen equipment
Very complicated to get your luggage out of the car in front of your apartment, there were lot of cars driving by all the time and the walkways were fenced with the pollars. Really stressful.

Great and well equiped apartment, it was really clean, the WiFi was free and worked fine, the parking was also free. The staff was also great. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily stay here again.

Finding the hotel reception was made difficult because of the one way system currently in operation. Lack of street parking made the key collection complicated.

Location-Right on the doorstep of the beach and very close to bars and restaurants too. The lady at reception was very helpful indeed, took us to the private parking facility and then onto the apartment, very pleasant indeed. Most definitely return. The apartment was immaculate, all mod cons, air con, everything you could ever need, oh apart from a hairdryer, just a suggestion.
Ants were coming through the window, some spray may have been handy.

Apatment is perfect for two people with everything you need.

Builders working in next apartment from 7am on first morning. 8am second morning.
Plus considering it a new refurbishment the walls have no soundproofing. Next doors TV drove me mad.
