This tastefully decorated unit has an upscale contemporary décor with phenomenal tenth-floor gulf front views from a private balcony. The living area has rich dark wood furnishings with West Indies inspiration, a dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. The kitchen provides upgraded full size appliances, seating at the bar, and everything needed to make cooking very simple. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with elegant contemporary bedding, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the large gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom has a fun sea life and fish theme with bold, bright colors perfect for the children, a tropical bathroom, a TV, and a DVD player. Unit A1002 is sure to please the entire family. Come and make this unit your perfect beach getaway! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions. Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We were a little concerned about our late arrival and we had no issues! Vacasa was wonderful in answering our questions. Condo was clean and beautiful! Master suite was gorgeous and the mattress was perfect. Our only suggestion is cooking utensils and pans. Not really anything much to speak of in that area so bring your own is the only advice I could offer. We will be staying here again!

The view is awesome! Quick walk across the street to the beach! Loved watching the water and dolphins in the morning and the moon at night. The condo was a good size for my husband and I and our three older children. The pool at the resort was a little small.

The sheets had sand and the blankets smelled like dust.

It was clean, nice and pretty room. We had dishes and all the pots and pans to cook. Exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. Recommend

This was the first time we visited Florida in along time. Our kids are both going to college this fall so this vacation was really needed. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

I had to clean and mop the floor as soon as i arrived Bec floor is very sticky and dirty so i wont slip, my 70 yr old mother almost slipped and fell. The balcony floor was disgustingly dirty along with the moldy bathroom curtains. The door to the veranda from master do not open which is the whole point of renting this beachfront to be able to get to the balcony from master. Not very happy. I need atleast a refund of the cleaning fee and the inconvenience of not getting to the veranda from the master. I paid for a veranda from the master but did not get that. I paid for cleaning fee of which the condo i stayed in was not clean not to mention the near many accidents bec of sticky floor and floor ledge on veranda.

The bathroom where not clean the is the most important think sand in sink and trash in the basket shower tub need to be more clean with Deep cleaning products for the price guess coffee and sugar will be nice to have for guess kids room had sand in bed

The condo overall had a very cozy vibe and very beautiful view! Although, the shower curtain in the master bedroom was pink and moldy and the bed needs to be updated, it was a bit hard! Overall, our stay was so fun and I would go back.

Clean, wonderful condo. Short walk to the beach. The only problem was the lack of cooking equipment in the kitchen. There was only one 4" skillet and no type of sheet trays available. It made just cooking breakfast or dinner for 3 adults quite an inconvenience. When I emailed the company their response was "I suggest bringing your favorite roasting dish or small appliance." If you stay at this condo make sure you bring basic items just so you can scramble an egg in the mornings...

My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort! It was very clean, and the people in management were extremely kind & quick to help when we had a minor AC issue our first day. We will certainly be back to stay with Majestic Sun! Highly recommend getting Room 1002A; the view was breathtaking!

REJUVENATION
The overall trip was refreshing and relaxing. My room was overlooking the Ocean which made trip even more precious. Also I got a great rate for four days. Loved it!!!! I am REJUVENATED!!!

Decent property once you get beyond smell
The best part about the condo was the view. When you walked in things seemed great. Smelled good and looked nice. After a few hours the smell of mold was terrible. Not sure where it was coming from. Be prepared to bring things from home such as garbage bags to cleaning products. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Dryer was outdated and had issues and needed service. It was a cozy condo with a great view. Just needs a little TLC

Far less quality than expected.
The linens appeared to be clean and sanitized but beyond that the unit was less than clean and smelled of mold and mildew. The refrigerator appeared to be leaking. I have photos of rust and food stains on the outside of the refrigerator. We were only there for an extended weekend and I was not going to spend my time trying to get support when I had spent 3 hours on hold before giving up when trying to get ahold of someone to answer a question before we even checked in. I have a screen shot of my wait time when I did try to reach someone and I have pictures of the refrigerator. We had our own cooler so opted only to use the freezer for bags of ice. I cannot attach photos here or would do so. We bought air fresheners and placed them throughout to overcome the smell. Less than pleased with our experience and will not be back to this building/unit or the vacasa property management company anywhere we travel.

Very nice experience The view was amazing The condo could itself was a little worn in appearance Would not recommended sleeping on sofa bed Maintenance had to come spray for mold in bathrooms while we were there and smell lingered quite a while

Always a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach!
Condo was beautiful. We've stayed at Majestic Sun for over 7 years for vacations. Although, first stay at this particular condo. Only thing I would improve is cookware and utensils. Had to improvise to cook meals for four persons. Everything else was top notch! Can't wait to return.
