Parkovisko v objekte, personál, snažili sa rozprávať anglicky👍🏻, raňajky boli ok, dalo sa v pohode vybrať...,👍🏻 Fľaša vody na izbe👍🏻

Zamknuté okná, ale bola klimatizácia/ január/ Veľmi veľké vankúše, V televízii mali programov... Ale nepovažujem to za veľký problém. Ubytovanie splnilo moje očakávania, prídem zas...👍🏻

Чудовий варіант для проживання! Близько до аеропорту. Поряд супермаркет. Номер із сучасним дизайном, чистий та комфортний. Достатній за площею. Сніджанок включено. Якісний варіант "ціна/вартість" Зупинялися неодноразово. І не в останній раз) Раджу!

Very nice hotel, clean, helpful staff close to bus stations and has dm and spar (stores for food and hygiene) nearby. quiet area, a-bit far from Budapest hour ride with bus/light train, but if you are with a car, 20 minutes from Budapest center and 15 minutes from airport.

The location is great, very close to the airport. They have their own parking lot. The staff was nice to us and explained everything we needed to know about the rooms and the surroundings. The room was great, it was equipped with all the necessarily things.

I didn't like the fact that I had to download an app to check-in on my own online, but it is also possible to do the check-in in person at the hotel, until around 22:30.

Near highway. Possible to checkin in night.

1) Problem to communicate at reception. Lot of translation over mobile phone, its totally not professional. 2) Doors at room are totally paper. You hear everything from corridor. 3) When I was here, at my floor were people making noise at 1 a.m. 4) Unstable beds. 5) Totally the worst is ignorance of hotel when you want invoice letter. After lot of communication they sent invoice with my address with wrong name. After lot next mails they start ignoring me, and wrote me last mail that I was not there by my name. Also they would have problem with GDPR when they mixing my address and other name. I never had that problem anywhere, that ignorace is unacceptable. Avoid this place

The hotel is new that's why everything is not used and beds were really comfortable. There is enough space in the shower and the air conditioning was working perfectly.

1.  If you come later in the evening it is quite complicated to find the entrance because there is no description or sign on the building. 2. Behaviour of the receptionist during the check-in was really inappropriate - I can understand that her knowledge of English was limitated but she was talking during my check-in with some guy in Hungarian or chatting on her mobile phone, which I consider as unprofessional and from the personal perspective as rude.  If I wouldn't ask for the breakfast she wouldn't told me anything. 3. The toilet was dirty (attached picture) at my arrival and also there are some hairs on the wash basin. 4. I was asked for my preferences for bed during the booking but after my arrival there was no double bed but two single beds in my room. 5. I have to agree with a guest who has mentioned here that they are asking for really private things during online check-in what is definitely not a request given by HU law and even more - you have to give the information again during check-in.

Wonderful treatment, amazing reception, and excellent cleanliness. I will repeat my visit to the place
