Excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants with parks in the neighborhood. Wonderful facility for family gathering. Plenty of room and amenities for the children, as well as the adults. Highly recommend this home.

"Our stay was perfect. The house exceeded our expectations with everything we could possibly need (and More!). Our 2 yo grandson loved it BEST there were so many age appropriate toys and things. The location was great for coffee, groceries, restaurants in walking distance. Some guests even went for beautiful daily runs. The Metro was an easy walk and great way to go into DC for sightseeing. The Master bath STEAM shower was popular and we had to share with others! The main purpose of the trip was to bring my moms ashes to lay her to rest with my dad at Arlington. We gathered from FL, AZ and CA. Our family time for this trip was priceless. Thank you for offering such a beautiful home for our time in Arlington.

Absolutely loved staying in this home and neighborhood! We met friendly neighbors all week but especially on Halloween night. (My mom kept saying she felt like she was in a Hallmark movie town! Very true!) We easily walked to the Metro and to dinner, shopping & groceries at Clarendon Crossing. They have a grocery cart so we took that to restock one day! We stayed for 6 days and even though the weather was wonderful and we loved sight seeing we chose to spend a lot of free time at the house. It’s so comfy & beyond stocked. Everything you want and never knew you wanted is available. We were especially grateful for the two high chairs, the nursery, the toy room and the perfectly small yard with outdoor toys. The amount of space is what we’re used to so everyone was comfy there. Rocky Run park is a block away and was an absolute treat for ages 16 months to 75 years! Again, we had great weather but had we not, the inside of the house would have been enough to enjoy just being together. At night we stayed in, played board games & watched the World Series, etc. We ate most of our meals there and again the kitchen was beyond stocked with everything we needed. This home is an experience and was perfect for everyone in all stages of life!! And the owners/group that you interact with are top notch pros. Will do this again if we all come back!

Phenomenal property that is well suited for family gatherings. The house is beautiful and spacious and incredibly well stocked. Parking in driveway. Close to the Metro -easy to get to DC. The shower is amazing, as are the pillows. We were all very comfortable and would highly recommend this property to anyone in the DC area.

We visited for 5 days with our 20 something sons. The accommodations were perfect and better than advertised. The proximity to National airport (10 minute drive) was a bonus as our sons came in at different times. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable, and the location is close to the Metro or a easy drive to the city. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed seven nights, 7 adults and three children. Adults had nice workspace in the basement and kids had toys galore! Safety gates and childproof cabinets helped us enjoy our family time. Location was safe and we walked to several cafes and coffee shops. 35-45 minutes to the Basilica!

Modern house with current tech. Great location for DCA, monuments and sites in DC. Great restaurants, easy to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Would suggest looking at sleeping options carefully depending on makeup of your group/family. We needed to use couches for two people. Not a problem for our teenagers but just suggest comparing to your needs. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need! Short walk to metro stations, restaurants, movie theater. Easy to get to from any direction. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. I can’t begin to tell you if you are thinking of staying here, book it, book it now!

We were extended family of 8 adults and an infant in town for a memorial service at Arlington National Cemetery. This home is beautifully appointed with everything needed for meals and entertainment. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. Easy walking distance to your choice of restaurants, metro stop, and shopping. Evening relaxation in the pool topped it all off! Property managers were responsive and helpful regarding a minor issue. The best VRBO experience I have had!

We went with my in-laws, kids (5-7yr old) and had a blast! Beautiful home with modern decor and amenities. Can definitely see the custom furnishings. Kitchen bath and bed items all available. There was something for everyone. The kids loved the playroom, movie theatre and small pool. Grandparents loved the easy access to Clarendon so we could see the museums. They also really liked the kitchen and master BR. Personally I liked the grill area outside the most. Keri was very responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our family to safely gather over the Christmas holiday while the pandemic continued to restrict our plans. Home was clean and spacious with very good air circulation. It was also perfect for kids as there was a playroom stocked with toys. Kitchen was ideal for cooking and gathering. And the gym in the basement was a great escape too. Park and playground just down the steeet was also great for the kids.

This is one of the nicest houses we've ever rented. Fantastic location with easy walk to restaurants, shops & parks. The house was clean, impressively finished and ridiculously well equipped. Worst note is that the massaging chair can be addictive.

The house is in a near perfect location to everything (Metro, Buses, Sights, Supermarkets). Extremely well outfitted kitchen and outdoor barbecue, pool and gym. Manager was very responsive to a minor problem that was resolved ASAP. Recommend this house without any reservation!

The posted pictures are great for this rental yet this still somehow don’t do any justice to the experience. The home is airy and bright, and spotless. Countless thoughtful touches, from the soft throw blankets to the beautifully lit back yard made it feel even more special. Communication was easy and the location made getting around even easier. Highly, highly recommend this rental!

The house, location, hosts and amenities were all perfect. We stayed in this gorgeous house for 4 nights, 5 days and were reluctant to leave. The young children were delighted with the pool and selection of toys that were available. The adults loved the vast and fully stocked kitchen with appliances, utensils, etc. as well as the fitness room. The home was clean, modern, spacious and conveniently location to D.C. and local shopping. There wasn't anything missing for our family and would definitely recommend for travelers looking for their next getaway.

Very well maintained, comfortable space for family. Yes, the home was tastefully appointed, with all that was needed for our stay. Space enough to spread out in the many sitting areas. Easy access to/from DC, or use of ride-share apps. We were complimented by the few guests that stopped by, who were impressed that we located this gem!
