The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed. This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. It is on the 2nd floor in the rear of building. It has a separate living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1queen bed) & 2 full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen . The two bedrooms are separate with locking doors. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities.

Cute little apartment. We only stayed one night. We enjoyed the location we happened to visit during a music and art festival. It was awesome! Good, drinks, atmosphere were the best!

In town with another couple for event at convention center so picked this spot because it was walking distance.
We arrived early but Ken graciously allowed us to check in. The pictures accurately reflect the unit but not its charm. We just loved it! Ken was helpful before, during and after our stay. He even mailed a quilt we left behind! Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The grounds are neat and nicely landscaped. Plenty of parking for both of our cars.
Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. Ken was great to work with and has other places in downtown Mobile .

Everything about this place was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. The place was very eclectic but worked well together. The host even had jazz music playing upon arrival. I highly recommend staying here! The neighborhood seemed safe and was close to downtown.

Wonderful Mobile location! Very walkable. The apartment was lovely and just as advertised and pictured on VRBO! Ken was fabulous and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

I've stayed at this property several times when visiting Mobile and it never disappoints! Communication with host is super easy. It's a great location, great accommodations, private parking and dog friendly. You can walk to anywhere in downtown Mobile but the property is tucked away in a quiet area and very quiet and relaxing. I'll be back next time I'm in Mobile.

Great place to stay, we were in town for cheer competition at the convention center, this was closest stay we could fine , and best priced. The location was great, several cool resteraunts, small markets, wall art, and just a great area. The condo was all that is was described, everything worked as described, we really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you

Stayed a night with some friends to check out historic Mobile. Location was quiet and only short walking distance to Dauphin street. Apartment itself was very nicely furnished. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of towels and linens. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very prompt to responding to inquiry before we rented and to email sent after we left our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The property felt very secure and owner Ken made you feel at home! It was eccentric nothing like we’ve stayed at before! Having the smooth jazz playing upon arrival gave it the Mobile downtown vibe! The property was only a few minutes to entertainment and dining options! The space was very well kept with a comfortable king bed for my tall husband. Plan to return again for future events close to downtown Mobile!

We were very happy during our two-night stay. We accessed I-10 and the downtown area very easily. We were able to cook meals and just rest in the comfy living room and bedrooms. Washer/dryer available was great for a mid-vacation renewal. Highly recommend!

First time in downtown Mobile. Family had a great two day trip. Property was as described, clean, and easy check in. Plenty of good food/coffee within walking distance of property.

We were in town for a concert for the weekend and chose this property to stay. It is fantastic! Great location to walk to local shops and restaurants and we could walk to the concert venue. We also enjoyed being able to bring our pups. There is a small court yard to let them walk and were able to take them on walks during the day. I would highly recommend this property! Ken is a great host and responded to all questions I had in a timely manner. We hope to go back soon.

We try to stay here every time we need to stay overnight in downtown Mobile. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. Ken is an awesome host and always makes the check in process super easy.

Came through on the way to the beach with family and wanted to see Mobile , the place was just what we needed and Ken was very helpful. When coming back to Mobile we will be staying here again if availible

Wow! I not only fell in love with the property but the area as well! It was an artcy, New Orleans vibe with a ton of history. We loved walking through the neighborhood and stumbling on some unique places. It was awesome! And my teenage son really liked it as well.

Our stay with Ken simply exceeded our expectations! When there was an issue with the rental he immediately had a back up plan that was by far amazing! This location is in walking distance to a wonderful community with coffee shops and local restaurants! And you will not be disappointed in the apartment as the decor and cleanliness are exceptional

Perfect place for our stop over on our way home to FL. Easy to find, walk to restaurant, pleasant neighborhood. Apt. was great for the 4 of us with 2 comfy beds and 2 baths. Certainly would recommend for visitors to Mobile.

The center of it all
The property was as described and photographed in VRBO. The location was perfect for walk to any venue nearby. The history of the area was incredible and close enough to drive to other areas of interest such as scenic beaches and state parks. I would definitely consider staying at this location again.
