This was the perfect spot for our Birthday month getaway. Adorably decorated with lots of little extras including different keurig drink options. Michelle went above and beyond to exceed our expectations as the most gracious host! We hope to visit again when it's not raining but we enjoyed the beautiful lake view and relaxation.

Michelle personally greeted us as we descended the very steep driveway, and even offered to assist with our luggage! EVERYTHING was great from the lake view to the tranquility to the amenities (clawfoot bathtub, Keurig coffee pods, glassware, microwave, even a washer and dryer and small dishwasher)! We would definitely recommend and will likely visit again!

Wow, what a beautiful place and a gracious host! It was impeccably decorated with no detail missed. Grand view of the lake as well as sunrise and sunset. Location was perfect for visiting Bentonville including Crystal Bridges. Very quiet, serene area. Wood was provided for the firepit which was greatly appreciated. Wish I could have stayed much longer.

Peaceful and quaint place on the lake in Bella Vista POA area. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was close to golf courses. The place was beautifully decorated. I loved the sunroom and bear foot claw tub overlooking the lake. I would stay there again.

Whether we wanted to have a romantic dinner at a nearby restaurant or take a leisurely hike in the surrounding nature trails, everything was within reach. Activities: One of the highlights of our stay was the accessibility to all the mountain bike trails. We also did some kayaking on the lake and took a refreshing swim. Hospitality: The host was absolutely wonderful, giving us recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. It's clear she takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about her guests' experiences. Overall: Our stay at this lakefront property was nothing short of perfect. Michelle was a great host! The home was lovely and decorated beautiful. While we were there they had a contractor building a waterfall that will look beautiful when done. We got to fish off the dock and even saw a beaver one evening. They had a grill we got to use to cook steaks one night. She was so helpful with a dinner recommendation one evening, we ended up at a local pizza spot. Lots of steep stairs but overall a great experience! There is a lot of adventurous things to do around Bella Vista.
