Welcome to Burnett Cottage - Pine! This cozy cottage is an incredible getaway! Come relax, bike or walk to the bars and restaurants or simply enjoy time with family & friends; Or stay over on a work trip for an amazing experience to know what Cedar Rapids has to offer. The beautifully built open kitchen and living area makes for an awesome gathering place. Simply step outside to endless activities, concerts, restaurants etc. Enjoy a peaceful environment with easy access to restaurants and downtown in the NewBo District. ***NOTE: This house is about 60 ft from a train track. There are trains every 3 hours throughout the day and possibly in the night. This is the case for mostly everything around the Cedar Rapids NewBo District. Please do not book with us if you think this would affect your stay in anyway. We don't want a negative review on this after your stay as this is something that's out of our control*** *** There are 2 identical looking cottages and each has it's own listing on VRBO. So don't get confused. You will be getting the entire cottage for yourself! *** - Detached 1 stall garage for one car parking. Additional Cars can be parking on the parking lot next to the cottages. - Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - The Coffee bar - Washer & Dryer in unit with detergent - TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Tv - Amazon Alexa-Show for you to play music to control other smart devices in the house - Smart locks, smart lights, nest thermostat, ring doorbell & more No-smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Pets Policy: WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay. Occupancy Limits: Our house rates are based on 2 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests are staying when you book. The 3rd through 8th guests are $10 extra per guest per night. At no time the total occupancy should exceed 8 people. No events, parties, or large gatherings: Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. Booking a stay with 8 people but inviting additional guests to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc. is considered an event and will charged extra. Refund Policy: - There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

We stayed at the cottage for 10 days during a trip to visit family and friends. It was great to have a comfortable and cozy place to land. Loved being able to walk to coffee, bookstore, deli and local restaurants.

We stayed at this home while dropping off our son at Coe College. The location was amazing-walking distance to NewBo and Czech Village. The home was well stocked with anything you may need and the beds were so comfortable. We loved having a garage, too. The decor was very well done. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in both cottages with our family. They were within walking distance to Farmer’s Market, restaurants, and downtown Cedar Rapids. Great fit for us. Very comfortable homes.

We had 3 couples stay at this house for a concert at McGrath Amphitheater and it was perfect. Very close to many things in town. Will definitely stay again when in town!

The house was nice and clean-basically brand new. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The house is easily walkable to nearby coffee shops and bars/restaurants.

I booked this for my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. The space was perfect: clean, airy, modern. The perfect space for what we needed it for!
Check in was a breeze and the host was superior as well. Excellent communication and fast response. I can’t recommend this cottage enough.

This was a top notch VRBO experience. Perfect stay for my family of 6 adults. Kitchen island worked well for us to socialize around. Great showers and super comfortable beds with quality linens. Ample parking in the adjacent lot. Within walking distance on New BoHo, Czech Village and the Alliant Energy Center. Great stay.

The Burnett Cottage was perfect for our family for a short stay in Cedar Rapids. Enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect. We walked to many restaurants.

The Burnette Cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay for a weekend in Cedar Rapids. It had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space to sleep everyone comfortably. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was very timely with responses. We hope to be back for future stays!

The Burnette Cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay for a weekend in Cedar Rapids. It had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space to sleep everyone comfortably. A very new, clean and updated home. Close to the NewBo area. Lots of other new construction in the area. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The train was an issue for some of us lighter sleepers. It was warm upstairs so we opened up the bedroom window, that was a mistake. The trains are very loud at night. Bring ear plugs.

A very new, clean and updated home. Close to the NewBo area. Lots of other new construction in the area. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The train was an issue for some of us lighter sleepers.
