About this condo rental
25+ renters and families welcome Unit is on the 17th floor Complimentary Beach Service included Mar 1 to Oct 31, 2024 (2 sets of complimentary beach service = 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) Our home has 5 bedrooms with 2 master suits total of 3 king beds 2 single beds and 2 full size bunk beds for the kids. The master suite is just spectacular. The sitting room that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. This area turns into one of the more popular gathering places for a relaxing adult getaway. The bedroom itself boast a very comfortable King bed a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is huge It has a his and hers vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. The large bath is jetted for you to relax in and unwind from all of the shopping and great restaurants you visited today We also have a walk in shower and the lavatory also has a bidet. The second master suite also has a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, King size bed and a fantastic vie of the Gulf of Mexico and our sparkling white sand beaches. For our guest that cant just relax there is a new desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work. New Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows. Our 3rd bedroom also has a King bed and private entrance to the 3rd bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom number 4 has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has 2 full size beds. New desk and chair for those who need a quiet place to work. The living area with floor to ceiling glass is just spectacular, with over 100 feet of balcony to look out over you will never feel crowded here and there are no uncomfortable sleeper sofas to have to sit on. New and very large flat screen Roku TV so guest can keep up with all their favorite streaming shows, DVD, Books, and a few games. Dinning area seats 6 and the breakfast bar can seat 4 more. Beside the dinning room table there is a Victrola stereo system that plays albums which we have about 8-10 it is worth playing a few it also has CD player and AM/FM radio. Next to it is a separate refrigerator for all of your bottle water sodas and drinks in general. Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking Large refrigerator-Freezer, Stove and convection oven over the stove also have a counter top microwave, 4 slice toaster, large crock pot, also have a 12 cup coffee maker and blender. I am sure there can be somethings we left out and other things we will be adding to our condo as this year goes on. We appreciate your business and looking forward to your coming back again and again. We also have a sister unit next door at Marisol just under 4000 square feet.5 bedroom 3 bath unit as well. The penthouse was beyond beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! Walking from the master king room to the king room on the other side seemed so far. The place was very clean and super nice. We were a group of ten and this was our first vacation all staying together. We were a little worried about being on top of each other. That was not the case, we definitely had plenty of room! Oh and the balcony is Amazing! The views are definitely breath taking! We have no regrets staying in the penthouse. Our family had a wonderful vacation! So if your looking for a great place to have a family vacation look no more! We cannot wait to go back.

Overall a good experience. The place was clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Our only complaint would be not enough towels or toiletries for a stay with 10 people. We ended up going and buying both. Don’t let that sway you though, it really is a beautiful place.

Wonderful condo. The washing machine didn’t work, but was told before we got there about it and what they were doing to repair it. They repaired it as soon as the part came in the day after we got there. The people in the office was extremely nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again. We had 4 moms & 7 boys that just graduated high school. Plenty of room for all.

This was our 2nd stay in the unit. It has been updated and is very luxurious. There were 12 of us, very spacious and clean. We had a few hiccups, the PM was very quick to get things taken care of. You won't be disappointed in staying here. We have booked for January 2024 and can't wait to return!

Washing machine did not work for entire trip and was unable to be fixed.
Pool was in the shade, water was cold, and small for a complex this large.
Limited beach chairs for a 5 BR condo.
Doors int he main BR squeaks with any movement.
Towels were poor quality.
Large condo easily adequate for 7 adults and 3 boys and 1 baby girl.
Excellent balcony, great view of the beach, super beach and great location.

We booked last minute when we saw this penthouse was still available and very glad we did. We have stayed here before with some friends but haven't been here in two years, and the view is stunning and there is plenty of room, but last time the condo was needing some minor updating.
Nice surprise to find the penthouse updated and back in top shape. New paint, new living room furniture, reupholstered dining chairs, new outdoor furniture for the balcony, and even a new Keurig coffee maker. It truly lives up to the "penthouse" label again.
The view is worth the rental price alone, but now it is so much nicer it really made our stay great. The condo has plenty of room so you can spread out but also get everyone together. Lots of nice amenities--second fridge to put drinks in to save space in the main fridge and also a second microwave. Has a great blender to make frozen beverages and kitchen is fully furnished so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. A/C was great (2 zones so work them together and keep balcony doors closed).
Balcony is huge and wraps around the front and side of the condo so view is spectacular. We also enjoyed the beach service chairs and umbrella...just checked in at the kiosk at beach and setup for the day...super convenient instead of having to drag chairs and umbrella back and forth to the beach everyday.
Didn't want to leave at the end of our stay but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying here and the first time we loved it. This time was very disappointing experience, the hot water in kitchen didn’t work. Mold in 2 showers, microwave wasn’t cleaned, left over clothing items from previous people left. The condo wasn’t cleaned very well, especially for the cleaning price that’s paid.

Upon entering this Penthouse, one steps into an expansive living room and kitchen overlooking a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. All of the moods of the Gulf can be experienced either inside through the wall of windows, or while relaxing outside on the grand balcony while having a cocktail or cup of coffee. We had eight adults who were happy with the condo and all of its amenities. The two master suites and other three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools necessary for cooking any type of meal. An additional refrigerator comes in handy for overflow drinks or food and is a nice touch by the owner. The pool is kept pristine clean. The owner also provides additional beach chairs in case you need more than the four the rental provides. The Management Team was professional and helpful during the registration and check in process. I highly recommend this vacation rental. The location is convenient to stores within walking distance. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

The condo is amazing! the views from the balcony with plenty of room for all. Direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas reserved on beach. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. room to eat together and still quiet space for Grandma and Grandma with the sitting room off the master.

The people were great to deal with and the view was awesome! Beyond that, the place was disgusting for a 4 star rating, it would have met a 1 star rating. The cleaners are definitely terrible, but unfortunately it goes beyond that...I have to wonder when the last time the owner went there to actually look at the place he/she owns! The major problem was mold in a couple places including the a/c system (also around one of the vents, and one of the sockets.) We were all stuffed up really bad after the first night, turned off the air on the 3rd day and everybody cleared up the next day. My father in law checked out the furnace room and saw mold all above the unit. There was mold around a couple more places in the rental unit as well. Minor things, dead bug in the room off the master bedroom (which meant not cleaned!) was pushed under the table., ripped bedding, old rusty table moved about 4 times out on their deck, a kid could seriously get hurt on it, light fixture slightly hanging in one of the bathrooms above the shower, toilet paper holders pretty much all broken, ceiling fans were really dusty, water filter on fridge never changed (light was on to changed filter), hair dryer was broken, coffee machine was filthy (we bought a cheap one to use so we could have our coffee), and dust covering the exhaust fans in the bathroom. The list goes on! I hate giving bad reviews, but the person who owns this should be ashamed of themselves robbing people on this place. If it were kept up , cleaned, repaired, and renovated would be a beautiful place.

Absolutely beautiful. Next time will rent directly with Condo not with VRBO, management said I would of save $500.00 . They allowed us to check in early with no charge. Had to ask 3 guys to please go somewhere else beside outside our door to get High that we have kids.

This property is in a great location with beautiful ocean views. It is spacious but needs work. The air conditioning didn’t work in half of the condo. This property is in a great location with beautiful ocean views. It is spacious but needs work. The air conditioning didn’t work in half of the condo. Ceiling fan in den did not work; recliner in den has broken arm; 2 of bathrooms have mold in showers; microwave turntable didn’t work; no remotes for tv’s in 2 of bedroom and 1 tv was blurred ; toilet paper holder in 1 bathroom came off wall and a knob on the bathtub fell off, various lightbulbs out through out. Furniture on balcony- 2 chairs broken. Our location was great! The size of the condo is great but the condo needs upgrades. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed our time there. We’re not complaining but thought someone should know what we found.

This condo was huge! Exactly as pictured on website. Plenty of room for multiple families. Everything was clean and organized. Elevator was quick and efficient. Great location. Only downside was the pool. Very small for size of the resort. I would definitely recommend!
