Located in Healy, this attractive house for $437 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A Second Home has four bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms, LARGE dining room, kitchen and living room, and laundry room. Each bedroom has its own TV and there is a LARGE screen TV in the living room. Guests often mention the home has beautiful views and is spacious for families and friends to gather comfortably. You will see more trees and mountains than people when you are here. This is an owner-occupied property, as per the HOA rules. Owners occupy completely separate areas. There is a LARGE deck in the backyard that looks out on mountain views. It's the only Denali vacation rental with a completely paved driveway and parking area and two acres of quiet lawns and woodlands. It has a turn-around driveway with plenty of space for parking. Owners are year-round Alaskans who have been hosting guests for 34 years in the Denali Area. They book rental cars and give accurate tour desk information. They offer free transfers to and from the Denali Depot if you book a rental car and train tickets through them.. If you are confused about tours and transit buses and attraction in the Park, ask your hosts. They have up-to-date information about Denali National Park, the area and the state.

Eight friends traveled to Alaska for the trip of a lifetime! We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of this property which accommodated eight adults. Ann was very responsive and helpful whenever I contacted her with questions. We all felt very comfortable at her property and especially liked that we saw a moose and baby in the backyard. We'd definitely stay there again!

The property was lovely and well taken care of. Convenient location to Dinali. Grocery store nearby; everything that you could need. The host, Ann, was incredibly helpful and such a delight. We even got a visit by a momma moose and her calf. Highly recommend; would definitely stay there again!!

A super homey, welcoming rental property. From the large front porch to the beautiful back yard & deck, every room is well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds and bathrooms. Tons of little extras are tucked everywhere making it feel just like home. All found just as described, and host, Ann, was always available, thorough and accommodating. Couldn’t have been better!

This home is a great place to stay for your Denali visit. It is very clean, in a great location, and has everything you need. The bonus was that a cow moose and her calf visited the back yard everyday while we were there. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Healy! I can’t say enough positive things about the house and Ann. Ann helped me with my train tickets, getting a car and my endless questions not only about Denali but Seward, as well. Her and her husband were extremely helpful. The house was a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Denali plus the small drive (maybe 10 min?) north of Denali to the house is breathtaking. There is a grocery store across the street and a phenomenal restaurant not even 5 min away (49th State). The views of the mountain never got old and it was so nice sitting outside after a long day of hiking and exploring. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were able to rent this home after our first rental (Royal Deer Lodge) abruptly cancelled on us---buyer beware with that rental! This property was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples). The location was ideal--close to restaurants, gas & groceries--and just a short distance to Denali and all it has to offer. The house was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Ann was prompt and responsive with our questions. We would definitely rent this home again.

This charming property is very convenient to Denali National Park. The home can accommodate a large group very comfortably. Large bedrooms, great yard, the kitchen is well stocked. A moose came to visit and we spent 30 minutes enjoying a close up experience. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of 6. The property is gorgeous with amazing views, and the house is very well stocked. Grocery store very close by. We saw the famous moose twice on the property. That was a treat. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed this property for four couples traveling together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate with comfortable beds and the house was very clean with adequate kitchen supplies. Nice laundry facilities which were was great. Ann was very prompt when correspondence when I had questions. Be prepared to purchase your own toilet paper as we had enough for only a couple of days for eight people and our stay was longer but no big deal as there is a grocery very close by. I would recommend for families and couples traveling in the Denali area.

Property is perfectly positioned to be close to activities at Denali. National Park is an easy drive, as well as lots of excursion companies (we did ATV ride at Denali ATV Adventures, and it was a lot of fun). Home is exactly as described in the VRBO listing, and was perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 2 teenage boys. The home is just far enough out of town to feel like you are in nature. Large back deck allows you to sit outside and view the gorgeous surrounding mountains. There is also a large window in the dining room that enables you to enjoy the outside, even while inside. And yes, we had a moose sighting. Owner was very response to the one request that we had.

We loved staying in this spacious home. It was perfect for our family of eight with room at the dining room table for all 8 of us! We appreciated the many windows and the large piece of land--green and beautiful Sadly, no moose visited while we were there.

This home was perfect for our family. The location was perfect as a jumping off point for things to do around Denali. It’s quiet and beautiful and we saw several moose. Even a family of moose with twins! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need, including spices. We’ve stayed in VRBO homes all over the world and this one tops the cake as far as cleanliness. It was pristine!!! Book it and you won’t regret it.

Thank you so much for sharing your 2nd home with us. Location was the absolute best , Denali bus tours, fabulous restaurants, 49th State Brewery & Rose’s Cafe, Moose a.k.a! Wonderful food, service, hospitality. We did see your ‘Moose’ at the salt lick within 30 minutes of our arrival & was hoping for a last glance before we departed, unfortunately, no such luck! Thanks again, Miller Family , for a classic Alaskan experience!

Ann was a great host and the property was at a great location in Healy, unfortunately some of the group traveling with me fell ill during the stay and we weren’t able to leave the property in a very clean condition. We had 7 adults in our party. This is a very well appointed 4 bedroom home. There is plenty of room in the home. You are IA FANTASTIC location to enjoy the park. It is very quiet and private. The host is outstanding. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for anyone traveling to Denali.

Beautiful house. We had been in AK for 5 days and never saw a moose. On our last morning I looked out of the large window in the dining room and…there it was just laying down in the backyard. It was the best end to a great stay
