Waterscape's A315 is a colorful unit adorned with stylish furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large ornate table with bench style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was wonderful, the beds slept great, plenty of room to stretch out. I would recommend to anyone.

The unit was clean and was as expected, the couch and dining table have been updated from the current pictures, which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable enough, too soft for our liking but didn’t cause any discomfort. Easy access to parking garage, elevators, and pool/beach. Don’t have any complaints on the unit itself. However for waterscape, the elevators were extremely slow and sometimes never showed after waiting several minutes so we just used the stairs, our floor smelled fine, but the first floor and the front lobby had an unpleasant odor, not sure how to explain the odor, but since the lobby is likely your visitors first impression doing a little something to freshen the scent would be beneficial in my opinion, and the trash cans outside need to be cleaned more often, they did have an unpleasant smell as well. But fortunately that’s did affect us directly and would not stop us from recommending this resort and we still highly recommend this unit!

We have stayed at Waterscape each fall break for the last 5 years. This unit has been updated with a nice kitchen with a large island, newer flooring and paint. The location is great as the elevator is literally just outside the door and the stairs are a short walk down the hall. Trash shit is also a few steps away. These are all conveniences is such a large building. On the downside, the kitchen is bare bones as far as cooking utensils and other items (slow cooker) and the most tragic was the horrible mattresses. I’m usually not picky, but my entire family of 5 agreed that these were the worst mattresses we’ve ever had at Waterscape. Fix the mattresses, add a bit to the kitchen and it would have easily been 5-stars.

I just finished my 4 night stay at the waterscape. In 4 nights I put in 3 tickets, 2 at the front desk (Vacasa people) and one on the phone. It was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit. Day 1 the toilet in the half bath was completely unstable, as in it rocked back and forth when sat upon. It was reported and not fixed, so we couldn't use it the whole trip. On the second night the washing machine broke and flooded the kitchen, which we cleaned and reported the next morning, we were supplied with more towels, but the unit was never repaired. The final ticket was on our last night, as the air conditioning was not functioning. I called the 800 number for this instead of the front desk, they first had no knowledge of the first 2 tickets that were put in at the condo, and told me that someone would call me that evening, at the time of this email it has been 16 hours and I still have not received a call after spending the last night in a hot condo with no air conditioning.
I'm pretty livid and feel this needs to be addressed

Unit was nice for a quick weekend trip to the beach. If booking this resort for a week, I would recommend getting a room that faces the pool or is closer to the gulf. As someone who used to live in fwb, it was nice, but wouldn’t want to stay in it if you’re wanting a full beach vacation experience. Unit also could have been cleaned better, and the mattresses need upgrading. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We always love Waterscape but this condo could use some sprucing up. One dining chair had its back separating from the seat, and another rotating chair had staples exposed that caught on my clothing. Furniture appears worn out. The half-bath toilet rocks, and its lock doesn’t function. The flooring is warped throughout. The GFCI in the master bath is stuck in test mode. The appliances all worked great, along with the a/c chilling very effectively. We had a pleasant stay but it wasn’t as refined as the previous condos we have stayed in at Waterscape.

Everything is nice clean and beautiful but in this huge unit I don’t find any hairdryer! Also one of the bathrooms clog and it’s just a little headache which number had to call because the phone in the unit not working event can’t call the frontline desk!
But can’t wait to visit Dustin again

We enjoyed how beautiful the beach was, the pool areas (which had areas for all age ranges) and the area surrounding us (lots of places to eat and to visit). The room had everything we needed except pool/beach towels, but that’s my bad because I’m sure I missed that somewhere in the description! We will definitely be back to stay in A315!

Great stay!
We loved our stay at Waterscape A315! We appreciated the updated touches to the room. We enjoyed how beautiful the beach was, the pool areas (which had areas for all age ranges) and the area surrounding us (lots of places to eat and to visit). My only complaint with Vacasa was that they did not disclose that the Lazy River would be closed for planned maintenance during our stay. That's the biggest standout amenity for people with kids, so I probably would have paid less for another place had I known. Waterscape is really nice, but most things are found elsewhere for a bit less.

Couch and throw pillows were all stained. Either chocolate or blood but either way it was gross. Floors and bathroom were clean but kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and furniture was all dirty. For what u have to pay for cleaning I expect things to be wiped down especially in the time of Covid.

We loved all the amenities very nice very enjoyable beautiful white beaches all for my grandkids they had a wonderful time they were truly beach babies but the room eighth or a 315 was disgusting I was very dissatisfied but I love the vibe the amenities all of that was amazing and that’s why I would recommend for the amenity purpose only. Just don’t stay in 315 make sure that when you make your reservation that you receive what you are paying for and this is through booking.com my other room was to Vasco and it was beautiful just enjoyable

Very nice and clean condo. Very spacious. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the pools and beach. Just one suggestion for the room is to upgrade the patio furniture. Really enjoyed our week overall.

Loved our condo! The pool area had absolutely everything we needed from ordering food, drinks , ice cream to grilling out your own food with electric grills. The beach access was right there from the pool and had everything we needed as well with umbrella and chairs! Our family loved our stay!

The pictures don’t make it any justice. Love the space, very roomy it felt like home. Easy access to major points of interest. Love the walk to great food spots, try Fubar pizza it’s amazing. My kids love the pools, so many to choose from. Will definitely come back in the summer!

We drove 6.5hrs with our 5 month old daughter for our first family trip, as soon as we walked in I noticed how dirty the unit was. The carpet needs to be replaced, there was dust on everything, the couch had human hair and dark brown stains on it. Also something crusty was on the couch pillows. I immediately called requesting to be moved due to uncleanliness and the amount that we paid and also a cleaning fee. Vacasa employees were very helpful but did not have any urgency from the local manager. I received an email the next morning stating we couldn’t be moved. I explained I didn’t want my baby to touch anything and that she is trying to crawl which would mean she’d need to be on the floor. There were red stains all over our master bed. We have stayed at waterscape before and loved it but this was unreasonable. I shouldn’t have to clean a unit when arriving for sanitation considering I paid a large fee for it to be cleaned. My response to “I’m assuming the manager”: This is unfortunate that we can’t move considering how much we paid to stay here and a cleaning fee that our unit is very dirty, found candy wrappers around the night stabs in the master bedroom, dark stains on the couch, multiple strands of human hair on the pillows on the couch, lots of dust, and we went to use the blankets provided but unfortunately they have a very strong foul odor as if they have not been cleaned. We drove 6.5 hrs to get here yesterday with our 5 month old baby for our first family trip. And I don’t want her touching anything because of the unsanitary status. We have stayed at waterscape before and absolutely loved it, but this will be our last time visiting this resort.
