The living room sofa lets out to a queen size sleeper for a total sleeping capacity of 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, cookware, microwave, stove and a full size refrigerator. This condo also includes a washer/dryer, four televisions, four DVD players, a stereo, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
