Great place to stay, loved the bunk room!

Wonderful spacious and well maintained condo. Partial ocean view from the balcony. Definitely would consider coming back!

Check in and check out was easy. We had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway on site. Would love to go back again.

Called day before arrival and requested early check in because we were at another resort the previous week and was told room vacant so shouldn't be problem. Tried to check in at 11:30 and was told waiting on inspection. Ok no big deal. Didn't get text unit was ready until 3:39... We ended up going on to our event and didn't actually go to unit until 11:30 at night. Cheerios all over the floor in mast bedroom. Sheets very scratchy and the king bed mattress is terrible. Then on departure morning cleaners just came in without knocking at 9:15. We have stayed at several places and this was one of our least favorite.

We have no complaints about the room itself. It was in a great location and easy to access everything including the pool, beach,and parking garage. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated. A couple of minor things that wouldn't stop us from staying again, but that could improve the experience of staying in B407H: 1. The shower door needs fixed in the queen ensuite. It would not close and leaked water all over the floor everytime someone showered in there. 2. Sheets were low-end quality and pretty cratchy. The queen bed fitted sheet came off every night even when not tossing and turning. The sheets were just worn out. Comfort is important when it comes to a bed! Please invest in some better sheets for your guests! The King mattress was also more comfortable than the queen mattress. About the outdoor area: The pool is pretty nice anf large. The kids loved the lazy river and the lilypads/climbing rope, but with no pool personnel supervision or rule enforcement, the lily pad area got dangerous at times with kids being rowdy and not following the rules. The tiki hut is nice if you want to avoid going out to eat or to the room to eat, but the quality isnt awesome. Dont expect to have a gourmet burger at this snack stand. Also the website we found before we booked said you could purchase a refillable cup and refills would be cheaper, but the prices weren't as stated on that website. The cost was way more than state-sponsored we were disappointed by that. We did like that they had a big ice cream cooler but they were $6 each. You can buy a whole box of the same ice cream at walmart for $7-$8. Get your own ice cream/drinks and pack a cooler and save some $$$!! You're paying for convenience, not quality, unfortunately. Also, just FYI... it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a chair or table on the pool deck because of people claiming them as soon as the pool opens and then not using them. Their towels just remain on them all day and therefore nowhere available to sit. There was one lady that claimed 14 chairs as soon as the pool opened every single day and they weren't even sitting in them. It was posted around the pool area and near elevators that the practice of claiming chairs is prohibited but it is NOT enforced by the staff. The staff saw what was going on but didn't stop them. If you want a chair you'll have to be a rulebreaker, too, and get there at 8 am when they open to reserve a chair with a towel or you won't have anywhere to sit or place your belongings for the whole day. By the last day we got sick of having nowhere to put our stuff and we did the same thing just to have 1 chair for our party of 7. The pool was extremely crowded during our stay probably because the seaweed present in the ocean. A suggestion : maybe each room should have an assigned set of lounge chairs corresponding to their room number and be clearly marked and this would prevent everyone from claiming more than they need and you'd be guaranteed a spot to sit for your room. Just seems like there is room for improvement with this situation. I dont expect everything be perfect on vacation, but a place to sit by the pool would have been nice! Just something for you to consider if you want to lay by the pool. It may not be like this all the time, but it was very crowded during the last week of July when we were there. Overall it is nice, and the kids had a blast. We had a great vacation and I would consider staying here again, just maybe a different time of year to avoid the crowds.

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen is well stocked. It had a Mr.Coffee maker, a Keurig, air fryer and a crock pot. The location is fantastic and can be at the pool or beach in just a few minutes. It has a nice view of the ocean as well.
