All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful retreat offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The main bedroom features a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
