Nestled in Sebastian, this lovely bed and breakfast for $138 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Your vacation Get Away here in Sebastian Florida is a detached Guest House on private property. The roof line connects the main house to the guest house. Guests have plenty of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy in the private backyard with a heated Salt Water Pool. Sit back, have some wine and grill, if you'd like. The guest house is a 1-bedroom en suite with a queen size bed, TV and plenty of closet space. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Large shower area. There's a sitting area with a breakfast table for 2 where you can enjoy some of the tea or coffee that is provided. Sitting room also has mini fridge, keurig coffee maker, microwave, and 2 TVs, one in the sitting room the other is in the bedroom, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ channels are included, 300 square ft plus the great outdoors, BBQ area and pool patio area. When guests check out, each room is deep cleaned and ready for the next guests! We have a nice notebook of area referrals, for guests to browse over and are always happy to recommend anything else you'll need while exploring our area! Sebastian is called " The Best Kept Secret, on the Treasure Coast" it's a great little town, quiet and friendly, it is noted for fishing, surfing and skydiving, all of these are located close by. Often the skydivers jump and you can see them from the pool area, beautiful sight to see! *** For those that love to fish or just cruise on your boats, the driveway easily parks a 24’ boat with a full size truck! Beach bag with everything you need, umbrella and beach chairs are provided. Sorry No Pets allowed, also no laundry facilities - Thank you.

Sunshine Haven was absolutely perfect for me. I had privacy, quiet and everything that I needed. I saw Pat infrequently however when I reached out Pat's response time was immediate. I highly recommend Sunshine Haven and I think it is perfect for one person.

Pat was a gracious hostess. This was our first visit; I was a bit taken by surprise on arrival to find folks playing in the pool, but figured it out pretty quickly. She didn't know us, and had her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law over to provide "air cover" just in case we turned out to be something other than promised. And we don't begrudge that one bit. The guest house was clean, well-kept, delightful, in a really nice neighborhood. We'll be back.

Pictures make it look accommodating, but it is a tiny place. We could not get both of our suitcases in the bedroom. Air conditioning did not keep up, which is a window unit for all the rooms. It was clean and pool was nice, but we didn’t enjoy it as we left after one night for a week’s reservation.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Haven! The pool was our favorite part!! Beautiful clean and warm!! The accommodations were very comfortable for two people and all the little extras like coffee and water were a special treat. The location was great close to the water and many restaurants! We felt very welcome also by our host.

I like staying in places that are quiet, clean and have some amenities. This 2 room and bath, separate from house rental is just about perfect. There is no kitchen but you have a good size dorm fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. I enjoyed the quiet and the salt water pool. The host is very accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at the three room poolhouse of Pat. Lush decorations and great pool which Pat kept spotless for my morning and evening swim. Pat was the perfect house who let us use her beach gear. Beaches were 15 min drive and golf course very close and in the middle of nature. Will be back.

This was the PERFECT spot for my daughter and I to get away and relax. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The private pool is beautiful and such a bonus if you need quiet uninterrupted time away.The location is so perfect! It's close to the beach and inlet, close to restaurants and shopping. Pat is an amazing host! She was available for anything we needed or wanted. She is kind and very hospitable. We felt instantly welcomed and peaceful in the cozy cottage. Definitely going back!

We really did appreciate the donuts on arrival. Long delayed flight from Maine. We enjoyed our stay at poolside. Enjoyed the quietness of Sebastian and our explorations. The parks, Waterfront and Restaurant's.... All Great. Nice short drive to the waterfront restaurants'. Plenty of Free parking. It was a pleasure to meet Pat and stay at sunshine 496. Many upsides to this rental. Only downside is small space. Good for Lovers. My husband and I are still in love after 12 years. We enjoyed the location. Pat is a great Host. On site and very accommodating. We will recommend whenever we have a opportunity and we will be back. Thank you again Pat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host, Pat was wonderful, very accommodating. We ventured out most every day to visit friends in the area. It was a fun coincidence, that our host knew some of our friends well. Although we only used the pool a couple times, it was wonderful - perfect temperature. We would definitely stay again. Well-furnished, comfortable and clean apartment with owner next door and always available. Fabulous heated pool big enough to do laps. Parking for our boat/trailer and car. Launch boat for free into St. Sebastian River (safely view alligators aplenty!) at Dale Wimbrow park, or into Indian River (ICW) at Main St. ramp. Close to library, groceries, Sebastian Inlet State Park, Environmental Eco facility, Treasure Coast museum and much more. Highly recommended.

Pat was the perfect host ! the property was well maintained, stocked and perfectly clean! If you are looking to get away and not break your budget this is a perfect place! I highly recommend if you are Fishing Headwaters Lake and have a boat as we did this property is very secure and accessible .. Great stay!!

My husband and I had a fabulous time here. The cottage was so clean and tidy.The pool was very nice. The location was close to the river and restaurants. Pat was a very sweet host. We will most certainly be back!
