About this house rental
We're back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian! While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating. Luxurious in every sense, enjoy the private heated pool and spa overlooking the canal. Plenty of outdoor space on 3 levels to bask in our Florida sunshine. All bedrooms have ensuite baths, high ceilings and beautiful new furniture and bedding. The pool level features a games area with ping pong, a large screen TV, seating area, and a half bathroom. There's room for a 26ft boat to tie up at the dock so bring yours along or rent one for your stay. A brand new outdoor kitchen was just added! There are also a ping pong table, fishing pole holders, and a ladder for kayak use. Foosball and air hockey table are no longer available. A beach cart, chair and pool towels are there for your use as well as a new gas grill. Our famous white sugar sand beach is only a 2 minute walk. Other amenities this property includes are wifi, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. Plus two set of washers and dryers make laundry a quick and easy task! Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well. When available, elevator use per request and approval of owner. No dogs or pets of any kind allowed. No Spring Break Groups allowed except families! Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Minimum age requirement for at least two adults is 30, strictly enforced. Elevator not for guest use. Cameras exist facing the driveway and front door. Any stay longer than 14 days will require a mid-stay clean. House is fantastic. Location great beach is right there, publix is close.
We stayed for thanksgiving with our family and there was plenty of room.
Having the 1/2 bath and full size refrigerator right outside of the pool was great.
The only thing that would of been perfect is we could of had the elevator working for my mom who can't really do stairs that was one of the main reason I booked this home.
Otherwise everything was great everyone had their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub was awesome and having the laundry was wonderdul. we would definitely book again and hope the elevator would be available.
The host was quickly responsive as well… five stars

We recently stayed with our two adult children and their families, this house was great because we could spread out and have room to ourselves. There was plenty of room for everyone but yet plenty of room in the common areas for everyone to gather. The beach is not a far walk, just around the corner and it was great having the beach items available in the garage to use. There are some good restaurants in the Santini Marina Plaza, we also rented a boat from Fish Tale marina that was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time at Catch and Relax with our large family! The house was beautiful and the beach decor made you feel right at home. We loved that each couple had their own bathroom making getting ready for dinners or days at the beach a breeze. There is access to laundry on the second floor and we often used this amenity.

What a great home and location. We had a fantastic week with 10 people. The home was everything we were looking for. The location is near the beach, stores and night life. We will, be back next year!!!

Fabulous house
Everything about this house was exactly as stated….beautiful, new, comfortable in every way…pool/hot tub entertained our family, hot tub especially nice since we had a few cool days. Walk across to beautiful beach with amazing cart/chairs/umbrellas all included was easy and amazing! Communication with property manager was good…answered immediately and responded quickly to make few things right….We will happily rent again!

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at the property. We made good use of the back yard which had plenty of lounge chairs, a nicely heated pool and hot spa. The beach access was an easy short walk! Linda was certainly helpful with our booking questions and Coastal Breeze was very good at promptly attending to a couple of issues that arose. As mentioned in a previous review, the wifi had to be reset several times but there was good coverage even in the back yard when it was working smoothly. A few updates not in photos: there is now a house on either side but there are shrubs/plants to help give privacy to the backyard pool area, there is an extension dock ladder affixed to the canal decking to use if you want to rent a kayak or canoe and paddle on the canal, and there is a pontoon boat and its lift on the left side of backyard when looking at the canal.

Wonderful house. Love the Pool, grill, etc. Bathrooms for everyone is nice. Only issue we had was intermittent internet the entire trip- constantly dropping while trying to work and TVs in certain rooms had issues connecting at all. Was an issue more for the grandparents but overall still an awesome house! Would highly recommend!! Location is amazing as well.

The owner was gracious enough to compensate us with a lower rate because of the construction. The property was awesome. The house is clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are well maintained and easy to heat. Two refrigerators worked well for the family meals and drinks. The grill works great and is kept clean. The beach was not what I expected. The beach sand was not maintained in that area and had a pungent algae smell from the water. Other than that, the vacation was fantastic.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which is a total game changer! It was so nice for everyone to have their own space but also have a ton of communal space to hang out and play games. The house is absolutely stunning! We loved the game room and the pool. My family and I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which is a total game changer! It was so nice for everyone to have their own space but also have a ton of communal space to hang out and play games. The house is absolutely stunning! We loved the game room and the pool. The beach is just a short walk away and a convenient 7/11 right down the street. We were worried about hurricane Elsa, but we got lucky! Just a couple rainy days which made the game room come in handy (HIGHLY recommend an air hockey tournament!). We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and reconnect after a year of chaos. I am a little bummed to see the price of this home go up as much as it did though since we booked it! It was such a wonderful stay.

Easy walk to the beach, maybe 5 min, spacious, clean, new. Just like the pictures. Highly recommend!

Super convenient to have the 7-11 at the end of the street and the Publix & CVS not far away.The pool was great. We rented a boat for the week and tied up right to the back dock.The kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc - there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach carts and a small cooler.I honestly cannot think of any improvements.The manager was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful.We would 100% come back and stay again.

AWESOME HOME FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS
Great house with tons of space for adults and the kids. Game room on the bottom floor walking out to the pool and hot tub. big lounging area and plenty of chairs. Big Open kitchen with all the cooking necessities and living room on upper floor overlooks pool and canal from large balcony. Master bedroom and bath on upper floor with in-room laudry. The third floor has big bedrooms and each has its own bathroom/shower. Two of the rooms have balcony. Second laundry on this floor. Elevator in house makes it easy to get up and down. Public beach is only a 3 minute walk across the street. the 7-11 three doors down offers convenience on the busy island. Definitely would stay here again. I personally give it a 9.9 out of 10. The only complaint was from the kids who said the wifi went in and out from time to time.

Great Get Away!
What a beautiful home. We had 10 people. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. So nice! Two laundry rooms. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kitchen was well appointed with a gas stove. It's located at the south end of the beach and it was quiet and we certainly were not in the heart of the Spring Breakers-which was the goal. However, there is The OutRigger Tiki bar and Pinchers a short walk down the beach so getting an outdoor cocktail and a great bite to eat was certainly an option. We strolled over to the beach (3 minutes walk across the street) for the sunset every night. The 7-Eleven is steps from the house so general items (ice/beverages etc....) were close at hand. Linda, with Costal Breezes was wonderful through the booking and stay. Always answering a phone call to answer questions. Thanks for the chillaxing vacation....lots of memories made!

Excellent stay!
Catch and Relax is a beautiful home with a layout that worked great with a large family. Quality and comfort throughout. The traffic and crowds were picking up for the season, but it is quiet and peaceful inside and out. The pool/spa area on the canal is great. I would happily return!

Big blue house
Very spacious home to entertain a large family. An easy walk to the beach. A 7/11 is located at the top of the street, which was handy if we needed a quick item. Several suggestions I like to comment about: I think it would be nice to know when someone is coming on the property in advance. We were all sitting by the pool and the pool cleaners just walked through the gate. It was uncomfortable because were out in our bathing suits. I would also encourage to stock more bath towels and wash clothes. We washed towels most nights. I also did not call to ask for more & I should. The pool/dock area is nice. For safety reasons, there should be a protected gate across the dock area to block anyone from falling into the canal. We were very cautious with our children when outside, yet a major concern.
