BEACH FRONT inviting home(twin house availability next door)! Sitting on just under an acre, this house will give your family a chance to spread out and enjoy time outside together. Large built up downstairs area with tables, chairs, bar area, stools, and a grill to accommodate outdoor living. Wake up to coffee on the over sized fully furnished deck while enjoying the breeze and view of the ocean. Fully equipped and ready to entertain. Palm trees surround the entrance as you drive up the windy small road to the property giving you a secluded feel. The front yard gives kids and adults an area to play games and the beach access is just steps away over the dune in front of the home. 4 bedrooms - 2 bath - Sleeps 12 with sleeper sofa. Gourmet kitchen with large island and chairs. Fully stocked with all of the basic essentials and even a couple extras. Big screen smart TV in the living area and smart TV's in all of the bedrooms. Master Bedroom- King size bed with attached bathroom 2nd bedroom- King size bed 3rd bedroom- Queen size bed 4th bedroom- 2 twin over twin bunk beds- 4 total twin size beds Queen sleeper sofa in living room Home is stocked with starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods and dish washing pods. Linens and towels are provided and the home is furnished with a washer and dryer. This place was picture perfect on the beach. House was adorable and perfect. Very clean and owners were super! Will definitely stay again.....very soon!

Getting no response from owner of a miserable vacation at their filthy, disrepair house. To name a few: no water pressure, no sheets/filthy sheets and duvet; sleeping without sheets, nasty towels, filthy windows, cobwebs, no can opener, no wine glasses, holes in wall, broken outdoor faucets/outdoor shower, etc... House not as advertised. I could not wait to leave this property. I want a partial refund.

Great family outing. Beach is fantastic. Houses are great but need some routine maintenance like AC Filters and towel rods replaced. Also a couple of the pocket doors are off track. Overall it was a good time and we would definitely rebook.

I stayed at the opposite house last year and returned this year to rent both sides. Love the privacy of the location.
When we arrived we had an issue with the electric/wifi and they had someone out to fix it amazingly fast. We were really impressed by their responsiveness.

The views from the deck are stunning! We rented this house to do a vow renewal beach front and it was perfect. The beach is just steps away. The community is awesome and the house is gorgeous. I would definitely come here again and again!

Our son & family joined us for a great time on the beach & hanging out. It was our second year at this property & everything was wonderful as always. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and easy beach access. The outdoor shower downstairs is a wonderful plus. The deck was great for morning yoga.

Very east to rent good directions. Owners very helpful my dtr and her family rented the house next door and they were helpful to get her to the right one. House was very nice and roomy, plenty of beds and so close to the beach. Definitely will rent again. Bring lake shoes the shells are hard on yours and the kids feet.

Great Getaway!
A great getaway from the city for a few days! Our small group and pets enjoyed our stay so much we extended our checkout date just so we could continue to soak up the great weather and quite beach. The property was clean and well kept with all the amenities needed to have a relaxing time at the beach. The deck and downstairs area had great views of the beach and water and hard to beat for sunrise coffee or cocktails at sunset. The WiFi was fast enough to allow remote work without any issue when needed. For the birders out there a highlight was to watch the raptors hunt in the empty lots next to the property, we were able to watch white-tail kites, red-tail hawks, and loggerhead shrikes all hunt. Look forward to staying here for our next Bolivar stay!

The house was clean, beds comfortable, well stocked and the couch on the deck was perfect. Every beach house should have one!!!! Being able to take your 4 legged baby is always an added bonus. This place was incredible and I didn’t want to leave! We came Friday - Monday and it was perfection. When we walked in we were amazed at how clean and tidy everything was. It all seemed so new and well taken care of. We had children from 5 years up to 14 and every age was so happy. It was fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and even offered beach towels and toys. Washer and dryer were great as well as the beds which were incredible comfortable. It really was home away from home and we would love to come back. It’s steps from the beach and it was calm and peaceful for family to be together. Highly recommend! Also Daniel and Stephanie were very attentive and super quick to respond with any questions I had. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

It all seemed so new and well taken care of. We had children from 5 years up to 14 and every age was so happy. It was fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and even offered beach towels and toys. Washer and dryer were great as well as the beds which were incredible comfortable. It really was home away from home and we would love to come back. It’s steps from the beach and it was calm and peaceful for family to be together. Highly recommend!
