Situated steps from a large well manicured beach and walking trails you have all you could want in a dream vacation. We offer monthly rates for a longer stay in the off season. Osoyoos boasts some of the mildest winters in Canada which makes it a great winter destination. This unit is equipped to be cool and comfortable in the summer yet still cozy and inviting in the winter. The condo is located in a 40 unit complex, has several amenities, including pool, hot tub, boat slips for your boat and a private beach area for guests. You are guaranteed great weather during the summer, even "cool" summer days are in the high 20's and temps. average low to high 30's on summer days. The complex also has an indoor hall to host weddings, anniversaries and other group gatherings. We are always working with other owners to plan and book larger events, such as weddings, anniversaries, reunions and any other group get together. This is really lovely spot in Osoyoos, with pool access, a sheltered outdoor area, and all the amenities you would want in a getaway. It is up to date and very clean. We hope to book here again in the future.

Very well stocked. Enjoyed location and quite clean! Had to wash the wine glasses as they were dusty but most things were tidy. The pressure washer man was out at 7am right outside our window for 3 hours and it was so loud and there was no notice. The bunk beds were also so noisy we didn’t sleep because any time you turned, the bed creeped. There was also no cover on the duvet - and you had to make it yourself which I didn’t appreciate. The couches were comfortable, BBQ was awesome, and it was a nice size condo.

Very clean place and Kitchen was well stocked. The host was quick to respond to any questions which was very helpful. It was nice to be close to the pool and hot tub. The grassy area and lake near by to play games or go for a swim. Look forward to going again.

We had a six month stay at the property due to a house sale. Parking is very “tight” and missed having a dinner table. Otherwise, it was a great location. We met many new folks from away forging lasting friendships!

This is an ideal location for relaxation in Osoyoos. With direct access across the street to the lake and a short walk up the street to rattle snake canyon amusement place, not to mention the outdoor pool, this is the perfect spot for family and kids of all ages.

Lovely property on the 'quieter' side of Osoyoos. Beach is sandy and nice and close. We didn't cook anything with the exception of making coffee. We had all adults, so comfort in the beds was really the only thing I could say needs improvement. The bunk bed mattresses are probably ok for a kid but not ideal for a middle aged adult that is just waiting on anything to get a sore back! The other bed is all good, though! That being said, I woulds proabbly still stay again.

We had a great stay at Amiee and Greg’s condo. With the pool outside our ground floor patio and the morning sun it was wonderful. The lake lake is less than a minute from the front door. A great time!

This was an excellent location, especially if you have a dog as there is a great walking path and a dog beach right across the street. The pool space is lovely and there are lots of kids having the time of their lives there. the BBQ and deck space was great and in working order. The 2nd bedroom would work for kids but is not really suitable for an adult as there is not box spring so support is limited and there is no closet or window in that 2nd bedroom. We addressed a few other deficiencies with the owner and they were dealt with or will be before the next vacationers. The owner is lovely and was concerned that we were enjoying our stay with there. Thank you - it was a very nice week away!

Very nice place. Our only complaint was the BBQ really needs replacing the inside is completely burned out, and the carpets need a good cleaning. They are really showing the dirt.

Our family of 4 plus one dog just returned from a week at this condo in Osoyoos. The condo was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool. Aimee was fantastic to deal with from the booking process, right through our entire stay. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and was always pleasant and friendly in her messages. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wishing to spend some time in Osoyoos!

The location is perfect right by the beach with access to a private beach and swimming pool. The unit has plenty of space and offers all the amenities you would want for a family travelling. The host were extremely helpful with any questions we had and we plan to visit again as we had such a great experience. This location offers great value when compared to local hotel costs with much better amenities.

We recently stayed three nights in this two bedroom condo. While it had all the amenities listed, the place could use a refresh and the attention of a handyman. The air conditioner was so noisy, it was impossible to ignore. However, the location is great and it is a very walkable area.

Unit was not clean when we arrived. Front door lock was finicky had to purchase new batteries for the lock. Resident property manager Stacey was very pleasant and helpful.
