Nice, clean, relaxed, comfortable house! Even better from the pictures!

The airconditions weren't working well. It was taking time for the rooms to get cooler. The fridge was closed when we entered the house and it took 3-4 hours to work properly.

New very clean villa. The whole complex looks new. The villa was were clean and well prepared to our arrival. 3 big rooms with double beds, was very comfortable. Reasonable price for such a big place to stay.

The location a bit far from every thing. The closest beach is about 7min ride. The fact the gate to the complex required a phone to activate it, isn't a plasent thing. Not every tourist have a local phone calls. The water pressure in the pipes can be a bit of an issue. We used 3 bathrooms simultaneously and it was a little annoying. But over all those are minor unpleasant things and really not a big deal.

the location that shows on booking is WRONG day before the arrival the villa send us the real location - we couldn't find somewhere else need to pay every day 4 times to taxi is it 10 km from city

Modern villa, nice sliding doors, lovely kitchen. Property had towels and a few toiletries. No toilet paper or other essentials so be prepared before you arrive.

It’s located in the middle of nowhere. There is construction taking place all around the property as it’s a very new development. It was difficult to order food in as this development didn’t show on most maps, that’s how new it was. The great part is it’s New and modern, the negatives is it’s too new there’s still construction taking place all over. The construction got so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk, we had to keep all windows doors closed which totally defeated the purpose of the villa. The construction also brought in lots of dust, so allergies were going crazy! The private pool is a lovely aesthetic feature, however it’s just too small to be used, definitely could not swim in there, maybe ok for just lounging in. The good news is there’s a communal pool which is lovely and perfect for swimming. There is a small play park behind the villa, turfed and new, kids loved it. Again because the site is still under construction it was a little tricky to get to. I’m assuming they will be making proper steps as some point. There’s no where to really go for a stroll around the area as most of it is just dust atm, I missed that a lot as I like to take a morning stroll. There is a shop about a 3 min drive away which is handy if your running low on essentials. We had to hire a car for our stay as the villa is too far from any attractions, beach or marina to take taxis or public transport. There’s ample parking at the villa though. Overall the villa is a lovely house, but the construction was just so horrible. We didn’t get to sleep in at all, as the construction would start at 7am even on the weekends! For this I cannot recommend staying here.
