Nestled in Ozark, this lovely house for $163 per night is a great option for your next trip. One of the top 50 oldest house's in Ozark! This house was built in 1937 and has just went through a complete remodel. 2 bedroom 2 bath Giraffe Stone Bungalow with brand new central heat and air, original refinished hardwood floors and even added an additional bath. House sits on a double city lot with a privacy fenced back yard to give you privacy to make you feel like you’re not in downtown. Enough room for 6 guest and walking distance to anything in the downtown district! Your renting a 1937 Giraffe Stone bungalow (the stones came from the nearby Finley River!) We have fully renovated this house to a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a HUGE private fenced double lot in Downtown Ozark. Relax after a long day of shopping in the furnished house or relax on the back porch in a park feeling back yard. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are always just a call or text away, My wife and I live 10 minutes away and my mother is only a block away from the rental. Our family has been in Ozark for 150 years, so if there is something your interested in just ask and with our knowledge we will send you in the right direction! Ozark is easy to travel around, there are plenty of trails for your outdoor adventure, But with this rental there is no need to get around the city since everything is walking distance. Hop on the Finley River for a great day float, Looking for that outdoor adventure? Look no further, with Inflatable Paddle board rentals and a shuttle available (at an additional cost). We loved the ilder home with the modern renovations. Simple and clean and comfortable. Had all we needed. Small, but plenty roomy. Good seating.

I will definitely be back. The host is wonderful. Throughtout - from initially reserving until after we left - the host repeatedly offered and asked if there was anything we needed to just let him know. The bungalow is awesome. Great area. Quaint, clean, safe and quiet. We forgot and left a laptop under the bed and the host immediately FedEx'd it to us. I will be back!!!!

Our stay and the property was amazing….I’ve never had such good communication with an owner before…he would reply before I even put my phone down!! Definitely hope to stay here again while our daughter is in school at Missouri State!!!

The home was comfy and neat, the shower in the big bathroom was amazing! It’s an older home, but has been updated. Neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay, host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again! One complaint I have with VRBOs in general is the requirement to have guests start towels and dishwasher before checking out. Two reasons: not everyone is going to launder towels correctly (I.e. using hot water, correct number of laundry pods) and may not use sterilization cycle if available in washer or dishwasher. The other reason, we are paying a cleaning fee.

Stay and location worked great for is as we were doing Branson and Springfield. Could possibly use new beds and more comfortable couch . Other than that we thought it was a great deal and we had a great time . Better than staying in a hotel . Dogs loved the big backyard .

Precious little older home. Just the right size for the two of us. Very cozy and comfy. Loved all the old, detailed touches in it ( I assume are from the original home) along with the nice remodeling. Bathrooms are very nice (great showers). The owner is very nice and responsive quickly with any questions or concerns. Beautiful, older neighborhood that was very quiet. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

On a cross-country road trip with 4 VRBO stays-this one was by far the best. Bedside tables with reading lamps, clean as a whistle, fenced back yard and easy communication-if there were more stars I would give them to this place. Even our 2 1/2 year old had room to play while the adults chatted. Excellent.

Needed a place half-way for our trip to Texas. House was clean and nicely furnished. Easy to find and also had a fenced in backyard for our dog. If we pass this way again, we would stay here again.

My wife, and I, very much enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. It was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. The neighborhood was friendly and charming which made for enjoyable morning walks with our dog. Jeff, the owner, was accessible and made sure we had no issues during out stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice rustic house in a quiet neighborhood. The house has beenbro completely redone but it still has it's character. It was a good home away from home. If you want Mexican food try Brothers Tacos. For Pizza try Post Game pizza. Enjoy

This property was awesome. The remodel makes the inside so modern but with old charm. It was very clean and we felt right at home. Jeff was a great host. Beds were comfortable and the neighbor as quiet. We enjoyed visiting Findley Farms and Ozark Mill. I definitely would/will rent this property again if back in Ozark!

The bungalow was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is easily accessible from major highways, close to numerous restaurants and things to do. It was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and offered their availability if needed.

this house was perfect for us. we travel with two basset hounds and I really don't like him to be on a leash all the time. the backyard was huge and even came with a couple of dog toys. the house was clean and comfortable. the host was just fantastic. he told us he was right there in the neighborhood and if we needed anything to just call. we hope this property is available for our next visit.

The house was a great fit for me and my two larger dogs while visiting family for Christmas. The yard is completely fenced and large, so the pups had plenty of room to run. Interior was very comfortable, clean and nice. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

The property is cozy and secure. At night, security lighting guides you to the entry on the deck. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled with modern appeal. The home is very clean, and the beds and furnishings are very comfortable. The owners communicate promptly and professionally when contacted. We booked the property in order to visit our daughter and family in Highlandville. It provided a place for the two of us and our small dog to stay that was a lot closer to our family than a hotel in either Springfield or Branson would’ve been. We will definitely attempt to stay here again when we visit!

We really enjoyed the bungalow and especially enjoyed the deck for morning coffee. The only real complaint was not having a closet to hang our clothes. It was extremely clean and we would stay again..
