Six friends visiting Spearfish for a long weekend. House was the perfect location! Coffee and scones each morning at Ruby’s Roost, shopped at Freckled Fox and dinner at Killians- all walking distance too. Beds in the house were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels. Would for sure stay there again on a return trip. Thank you Sonja!

This was everything that was described and more!!! The amenities were over and above. Shampoo Conditioner body wash & towels were all very good products. Dishes, cooking utensils to glassware were to the nth degree. You couldn't ask for a cleaner quieter place to stay and close proximity to downtown. We will stay here again Thank you Sonja for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Can't wait to stay again as we are still looking for a place there when we move in a couple of years.

The property is super nice, extremely clean and has everything you need for your trip, including great shampoo/conditioner, big TVs, a warming fire place, a drawer full of K-cups and pack-n-plays for the kiddos. They thought of everything and were so helpful throughout our stay to make sure our time was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Clean, perfect location!

The house and surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful in a great location. Close enough to the downtown area to walk to yet far enough to get away from the noise. Only thing missing is a garage, which would have been good for parking the bikes in.

The house was immaculately clean and though we packed our own sundry items, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed for the week- from soaps & shampoos, detergents & fabric softeners, to fresh crisp linens for the beds and bathrooms, the owners left no stone unturned. The check in & check out process was simple and efficient. Communication between the owners and our family was amazing, as they contacts us to let us know that their home was ready to host is and made sure we knew we could contact them at anytime of an issue were to arise. Though we were there to ride our motorcycles through the Black Hills, they left us a guide of local attractions and activities along with coupons for the various local restaurants and businesses. The location is within walking distance to downtown and a very short drive/ride to Spearfish Canyon...some of the most beautiful scenery you’ll ever see. We will definitely stay here again when we return to South Dakota! Thank you again, for making our stay so amazing

The property has an excellent location in town and in relation to the main attractions in the black hills. The house was very clean and beautiful. It accommodated our whole family very comfortably. Sonya is a great host. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Excellent.

We were there for a quick little getaway. There were 3 adults and three teenagers and it fit us perfectly! The place was so clean! Super comfy and we really felt at home! Very well stocked with everything (loved all of the throws!). Location was an easy walk to a nice bike path and downtown venues. Owner was really quick to answer any questions! Only thing lacking (and it is a small thing) was a dish rag or sponge to do dishes, so we ended up using a washcloth. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks for making us feel so at home!!
