Very spacious rooms.

No iron available:(

the rooms where extremely dirty, I don’t know when was the last time they mopped. Also the room looked nothing like the advertisement, I got a Deluxe King Room and there was nothing deluxe about it. plus the owner complained when we asked for extra bags to throw our trash.

To start with their number does NOT work. Therefore I couldn’t get ahold of them to make a change. Once I got there she notified me that they did not have a king bed available which is what I had reserved. She said they only had queen beds ( double). I asked several times to reassure me that it was in fact a queen and not a full. I payed the same price for the inconvenience no compensation was offered. So I suggested she give me a 12:00 pm check out to which she agreed. Which I didn’t even need. Besides that the room was clean and the lady held it together very well. I was VERY FRUSTRATED after driving 3 hours to hear I did not have the room I reserved.

Don’t lie about the bed size and communication!! Also get a working phone.

Rooms were spacious, relatively cheap. When complaining about moisture being all in the room, housekeeping quickly came in to mop the floor.

No coffee makers. Some staff members were rude. when complaining about moisture, response was that it’s due to humidity and we should keep AC on. I hate AC on at night. it helped, but still it was very dampi inside. a book even became wrinkly due to moist.

Easy access to the highway. Staff responsive to room issues.

The tv volume couldn’t be increased past a certain level. Couldn’t turn off the closed captioning on tv. Several tv stations didn’t work. Poor WiFi signal. AC issues 1st unit wouldn’t cool below 81 degrees. Replaced with another unit which didn’t cool below 78 degrees. Leaked on the floor. Floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped for a very long time. The room was clean otherwise.
