We had a lovely week and definitely would stay again.

Location, view, two bathrooms

Second bedroom was very hot. Needs a ceiling fan with two single beds in it.

Good value for money but don't expect too much

Location was great. Nice position between Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach. Very steep hills make the journey home a little bit tough

Kitchen needs a major clean out of unnecessary utensils and a thorough clean and repositioning. We really would have appreciated air conditioning too.

The sound of the waves

I was so at home here with the sound of the waves, and the breeze from the ocean. Very good facilities. Easy check in and out.

Bathrooms a bit old but clean.

The view from the property was superb, especially loved the sound of the waves crashing at night

Only thing I could really fault was the lack of exhaust fans in the bathrooms, just to remove the moisture in the air quicker. Hardly a deal breaker at all

love Caloundra but wouldn’t stay at that property again.

old, building stairwells and carpets need renovating. Too many stairs. Was given to understand it was actually on the beach but isn’t. Just overlooks a small sea view from behind another building. Also understood no pets on premises. Several occupants had yappy dogs.

Mouldy! But great location.

Location is excellent.

Mouldy windows and window covers everywhere. Missing curtain panel in main bedroom. Hot water system inadequate. Pool gate/fence loose enough to push through without a key. Blood stains on one of the doona covers!!!

Location. Queen bed comfortable. Views.

Bathrooms really need updating. Don't like that the doona covers and pillowcases on doona set don't seem to be clean, only the bag of linen you get to set the beds up yourself. Either strip it all so guests know they're fresh or leave a note on the linen note given that ALL linen is cleaned for each guest. Not sure why there's a big printer/photocopier in the room.

would recommend this property to young families or people who want to walk to everything and not need too much transport

the view was amazing, very comfortable bed,everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and through out the whole unit except for linen, you hire that separate or take your own but for the weekly fee it still works out very reasonable. very close to beach, shops and markets.

unfortunately I have hip and back problems and the stairs were a bit much by the end of our stay.

Beautiful location with commanding ocean views and close to walks, coffee shops and eateries

Needed to supply own linen, towels, etc, but this was not clear when booking the property

Loved it, wish we had longer.

No breakfast, loved the location, would not be so good if the house at the rear becomes apartments and the ocean views where lost.

Could have been a little cleaner but it seems all cleaners even home help do the barest minimum, long time since the ceiling fan has been cleaned which does not help the overall aesthetics.

Brilliant apartment, will stay again

Perfect location, amazing views and overall very nice apartment.

Just minor things like I couldn’t find any tea towels, the salt and pepper was empty and in the main bedroom I couldn’t locate a doona so was a bit cold sleeping under just my doona cover. Then I found 2 doonas in the other room.

Fabulous location for a great price

A very short walk to the beach and close to the city centre as well. The unit was well fitted out with lots of kitchen equipment, books, jigsaws and board games. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and cooling sea breezes. With only six units in the complex it’s nice and quiet. Security was great too. Check-in process was easy and efficient. I’d definitely stay here again.

Anyone with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs but they didn’t bother me.
