Driving from out of town for 8 hours Front/Desk had me wait for over 2 hours with a pre-scheduled check in time.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable
When you stay at luxury accommodations at luxury prices the provisions should reflect that. It’s a shame that the opposite is true here. Only the minimum necessities of the cheapest quality are provided. One flimsy towel per person per stay! The cheapest quality of tissue and toilet paper and paper towels. No refills. No soap. Only a few mini bottles of body wash in the 9 bedroom home. Paid for the Ritz and got Motel 6 quality. Very disappointing
