Overall the property was beautiful and clean. Our only issues were the code sent in the email for check in was incorrect, so we had to call so we could get into the property. Also, the code the was on the door for check out was different than the code we received in the check out email. Also, it says there is a twin bed in the room with the queen bed. It’s basically a barely-twin fold out futon type piece of furniture. This caused us to have rearrange where people would sleep, and it wasn’t ideal… but overall, it’s a great place to stay! Just a couple inconveniences.

This condo was clean and a great spot for our getaway. The place is spacious, well maintained with nice furniture and comfortable beds (the pillows were great). The hot tub and outdoor area is great for just hanging and relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. The little splash pad wasn’t working and the pool needed a good cleaning. The house itself was very nice and a great place to gather for everyone.

We loved everything about our stay. Great location for hiking in Snow Canyon. The home was clean and so functional! Every accoutrement we needed was there—even a meat thermometer and card/board games to play on some rainy days. Red Sands property management replied almost instantly to questions we had. The pickleball courts, swimming pool and trails were all so close. We loved walking to the grocery store and parks. We had a wonderful family vacation!

We just returned home from our stay at Ocotillo and it was a great time. The house was just as advertised and had plenty of space for my family. The place was very clean other than the patios which could use a little help. There were plenty of amenities in the house to keep our kids occupied and we didn’t feel like we were missing out on any items. The pool is great, it does get busy but that’s to be expected. It was disappointing that the splash pad area wasn’t turned on, our kids would have loved that and was one of the reasons we chose this place over others. Overall a great stay though.

It was fully stocked with lots of necessities. Great location, super fun condo- with a great view and hot tub. I wish that when we checked in, we didn’t have to clean the kitchen/dining room floors. There was food stuck on the floor- which can be easily missed- but still gross. Overall super fun.

Our family had a great time here! The townhome was immaculate, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, pool and pickleball courts. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and loved the location so close to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State park. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in 69 & 68. And it worked very well the kids enjoyed the pools a lot and everything was clean. Two different areas give everyone space to enjoy. The pool in 68 was plenty warm but the big pool was close by and cooler.

This unit was absolutely perfect! Just as described, it's super spacious, clean and well-stocked...had everything we needed and more. Great location and we loved the Harmon's grocery around the corner. Does not disappoint, would book here again in a heartbeat!

This home is the perfect home away from home. It was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the garage. We enjoyed many dips in the private hot tub and there was plenty of room to spread out. We will defiantly be back when we find ourselves in southern Utah again!

Loved our stay here. The house was very clean and well-stocked with the basics. Lots of room to spread out, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The hot tub was, of course, a big hit on cool January nights. The location is very convenient to shopping, walkable to parks and close to Snow Canyon. Loved our stay!

It was a great place to stay for our fall break. My kids loved the amenities. We had to get over a little sticker shock when it came to fees on top of the nightly price but that's typical for resort type places. Our only complaint didn't have to do with the property but the guests on either side of us who stayed up until midnight laughing, talking, & playing music outside which made it hard for those of us on that side of the house to sleep.

I have travelled to several countries and stayed in many rentals. The stay at St. George's ranks in my top 5. The facility was well appointed and the amenities, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were especially clean and comfortable. The property is located at the foot of a magnificent mountain, so every morning the view was spectacular. The stall were accessible via phone and the “welcome mini I-pad was a nice touch. Close to shopping and restaurants and access to I-15 is quite easy. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. I am pleased to offer my highest references for this property. Thank you!

Had a wonderful time in Ivins/St George at Ocotillo Springs. Perfectly situated between the art village of Keytana and St George and very near Zion. The communication was top notch, actually some of the most repsonsive people Ive dealt with at a VRBO. The property looks exactly like it does in the photos. One thing I would take note is that if you plan on cooking at home the kitchen is wanting for some good cutlery. Overall a fantastic stay

Great spot for families. We went as a couple and had a great experience. We were also lucky to go at a time where occupancy of the community was at a low as the kids were a minimum when going to the pool. Otherwise the entire place would be run over by kids having fun. Not meant to be a private romantic getaway. There was some cleaning issues in the bathroom and the grill was not cleaned. Also limited cleaning supplies. It was also weird that cleaning fees are charged but signs posted were requesting guests to do their own laundry and turndown procedures. Also received a text message after we left but the morning of checkout to do additional cleaning activities. I understand helping and being a clean guest, which we were, but the intent and advanced expectations were not there more does it make sense we would be requested to do things when a cleaning fee upon several other fees are already paid for.
