Loved the location. All the amenities are amazing. Communication with host could not have been better. Will be coming back.

The room was very clean and offered many essentials like soap, towels, plates, etc that we normally had to buy at other locations. The property manager responded promptly to a few minor issues we had. Overall it was a great stay!

I loved everything about this condo! And the owner was amazing!!! She let us stay late to not run into issues with catching our flight. We will definitely be back!!

The only issue I had was it's not very elderly friendly; no safety bar in shower and bedroom over crowded (had limited space for walking around beds). Other than that I felt like it was worth the money spent. Enjoyed it.

It was very convenient. Right on beach and property owner gives cell number and checks in with you when you get there. We had a great trip.

The condo was very nice. It is really clean. Has very nice amenities; the products were good quality and well stocked. Christy was very good to us. She brought a DVD player by on the rainy Sunday so we could watch movies! I loved loved the rockers on balcony and the jacuzzi tub. Of course, the ocean views and sounds were great! Would definitely stay here again. It's a great place!!

We have previously rented vacation properties from owners directly and by using VRBO, Home Away, and Flip Key so I have a lot to compare to. This condo was in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. The floors and the tracks from the missing closet doors had a years worth of gross dirt and mildew build up. I reported the missing bedroom and utility closet doors to the owner and she said she will have it repaired. The goo build up behind the bathroom faucet was also gross. The balcony and sliding doors are so mildewed and sandy that I am quite certain they haven't been cleaned anytime this year. The kitchen is advertised as being well stocked but every pan is either got old burnt on bits or the non stick coating is peeling off. We had to go buy some kitchen utensils to cook there. Now let's talk about the horrible mattresses on the two beds. It was like trying to sleep in springs. They also were advertised as two Queen beds but are only Full size. I don't usually do negative reviews but we didn't even finish the week of our vacation because we were uncomfortable.

The beds are actually regular size beds not queen, the coffee maker definitely needs an update as it only gives a half a cup on the full cycle, tv in the living area has a mind of it own and works when it wants to. Parking garage sucks and the carts to get your stuff in and out they definitely need more of , when leaving we had to carry everything because we could not find one. Other than the above mentioned it was ok.

Quick trip to the beach over the labor day weekend with the family. Place and location was perfect. Only comment is incorrect description of the beds in the bedroom…it stated 2 queen beds but they were 2 full size beds.

The property was just as advertised! Great location, wonderful amenities and Christy is absolutely wonderful to work with! We will be back for sure!

The unit was OK The unit was advertised with queen beds the beds were full-size beds which were not queen size big difference! Toilet will not flush on occasion and ran consistently

We had such a great experience at Bay Watch. Having the sports bar, outside bar and cafe was so helpful because we had some crazy schedules with setting up for and then the wedding. The garage was very organized too. Always able to find a parking place no matter the time of day

Everything was as pictured. The view from the 8th floor was amazing. Loved having a full size refrigerator for drinks and snacks.

Very nice place, with nice balcony looking out on the beach. Very convenient to get to the beach for our daily stroll. Restaurant / Bar 8 floors directly below was very convenient as well. There was a lot of property on maintenance going on at the resort, tiki bar was being rebuilt during our stay, so rather noisy, but once it’s complete it will be nice to visit. Christy was a great host, very nice, and very responsive, I would definitely come back again.

Everything was great! If anything the shower pressure was very low and some of the kitchen utensils needs sharpening. Cleaning gets a good rating vs excellent as the outside balcony furniture had not been cleaned. We would definitely stay again.

we had nice experience at this property and Christy did great job as a Host. She was reachable and helped with all my questions and concerns. This property was very clean and me and my family enjoyed our time here. Lot of Amenities, dining, pools and this property is right at the beach. Designated parking as well. Only one thing we had to manage was laundry as this property doesn't have washer dryer and one need to go downstairs in the lobby and use coin machines, Apart from that our stay was good and highly recommend this place to families with children.

The condo was lovely perched on the 8th floor with a gorgeous ocean view. Bay Watch (the hotel property) was very busy, lots of people without masks, and lots of people having fun at the Tiki Bar (screaming, howling with laughter, cheers, etc.) It wasn’t exactly our scene and you could hear them clearly in the condo with the door closed. Great place if you like to party and have fun, but not a place for quiet enjoyment of the ocean. The beach was a quiet escape though.

The rental unit itself was as-described: clean and cozy with a beautiful ocean view only a few steps from the beach. The owner was communicative and pleasant. No major complaints, though the refrigerator temp was hard to regulate (it ran very cold) and some minor extra amenities such as coffee, shampoo/body wash, etc. would have been appreciated.The resort where the unit is located was generally nice, though in need of a deep cleaning and refreshed decor. A few odd things were vexing: the odor of marijuana from another guest room and random discarded chicken bones in the elevator, for example. The on-premises restaurant was mediocre, but that was not a terrible shock based on past travel experiences. The patio bar was convenient and fun. Whether any faults are owning to resort management or clientele is hard to say, but in any event they cannot be blamed on the owner of this particular property.Minor concerns aside, the visit was a good value and a fun experience overall. I would be happy to stay again.

Very nice property. The many pools in the hotel are great for kids and adults also. I would definitely recommend this property for a family looking for a place to take their kids. Christy did an excellent job accommodating us!
