The location is perfect and the apartment was beautiful

Everything! The location was on point, near cafes bars and restaurants. The flat was clean and comfortable and the the staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

We got a room without a view of the Acropolis. But the other things were excellent, so the grade for me is excellent.

we were a group of 7 girls and there weren’t enough mirrors for all of us to get ready😅. Also, we could only contact the manager through the chat room. it will be better to have a 24/7 call center in case of emergency

curtains were stamped, espresso machine was broken, noisy neighbours

there wasn’t hot water. when we came nobody was there we waited like an hour then they give us a code after one hour. we couldn’t reach or see face to face noone. booking.com also couldn’t reach the place. everything was old and broken. when you open water it comes horrible voice. everything was very bad we changed our hotel.

The pictures are not representing the place we were actually stayed in. I was slightly surprised. Also the sound isolation is bad, we had neighbors from Serbia also staying in the apartment next to us and we could hear everything. The worst thing was them waking us up in the middle of the night, with loud music and yelling.

very spacious and well maintained. easy access to the most bubbling part of town. intended on 5 days but couldn’t get enough so extended.

The pictures in the website is not like in reality! the towels had very bad smell, we didn’t have hot water and no one mentioned that the hot water have boiler and we had to wait 30 min until the water will be hot. we woke up in the morning hearing loud noises from the above floor and we saw that inside the building they have jewelry factory which are using loud machine and hammer. we complained about it also but the reception answer that they cant do anything and this noise will be from 9 am until 5 pm and they cant tell them to stop working even if it means that we leave the property. we decided to leave the apartment one night before the actual date that we order but the company decided to charge us anyway even though booking tried to help with it. i don’t recommend no one to stay in the building for his vacation. very bad experience.

At the weekends, the street noises and singing from bars in the surrounding area went on to 3.20 in the morning. Still disturbing even with the windows closed and air con active. Quieter during the week.
