We are located 15 minutes from the Berkshire School and 26 minutes from Simons Rock. The first floor features a family room with smart TV, a newly renovated kitchen and a 1st fl half bath. The washer and dryer are also located on the 1st fl in the half bath and are for guest use. The second floor features a primary bedroom with Queen bed and an office nook, perfect for working remotely. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd fl bathroom is newly renovated and features a tub/shower combo. There is a large, quiet backyard with a deck and BBQ for your enjoyment! There are mini-splits for heat and AC in both the large family room and primary bedroom. Property is available for long term stays. Please inquire.
