My husband, daughter (15) and her friend stayed for a long weekend and just lived this home. Functional use of space, clean and cozy. Nice walk to beach (1/4 mile tops) and we walked daily to Cayucos (1.5 miles or so). Just a great location & house. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

We were here to celebrate Christmas with my son and his wife who live in nearby Los Osos. The house has a wonderful feel to it, was absolutely spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Just open the windows and hear the waves! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Central Coast!

Everything was as stated. Beautiful sunset, easy access to local cities & restaurants. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was to firm for me. But that being said it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean!

Spacious remodeled home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I’m not sure if it’s stated in the listing, but the couch has a pull out bed which was a nice & needed surprise. Less than a 5 min drive to Cayucos beach. Nice view of the ocean. My family will most definitely stay here in the future. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

My family rented another house but I felt it would be too crowded. I found this location. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I love the round window in the master shower. The house had everything I needed.

The check in process was not very smooth. I made my reservation while traveling and wasn’t aware that I needed to sign a rental agreement and have sent back within 24 hrs, so when we arrived I had not received any check in instructions. I reached out to the host and within 15-20 mins, I received the check In instructions. The house was gorgeous!! Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Very clean and a perfectly decorated coastal home located in a quiet neighborhood nears shops, restaurants and most importantly…THE BEACH!! I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Central Coast with our 18 and 19 year old to attend a family reunion. The house was perfect for our family of four! Very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space to hang out. Property manager was very communicative. We loved this house and wish we could have stayed longer.

We just loved staying at this property. It was clean and beautiful and decorated with such a fun beach theme. There was plenty of room for the four of us. There were even beautiful fresh flowers in the kitchen when we arrived. If I ever go back to Cayucos I will definitely stay here again.

This house is just as beautiful as the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 4. Two comfortable bedrooms and lots of space to spread out indoors and out. The outdoor space is really nice. The view is great. You can hear the sound of the ocean because of the way sound travels upward, so even though you're driving distance from the beach (not far at all) you still get a taste of that peaceful sound. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is wonderful. Everything is updated and working well--laundry, kitchen, outdoor shower...everything you might need. I particularly loved the shower in the master bath because when you look out the window you can see the ocean. I would love to come back here and stay again. The decor is absolutely beautiful, which was an added touch I really enjoyed.

My family enjoyed a lovely, rainy New Years week here. The property is very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Beds are very comfortable and it’s quiet for sleeping. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living areas are spacious and nicely decorated. It was a bit farther from the beach and central Cayucos than we expected but still a convenient location. Parking is easy. Great spot for a family.

This house is very well equipped for almost anything you'd like to do at home. If I wasn't on vacation, I might have used the kitchen more. We did have dinner in one night, opting to get a few frozen pizza's from Spencer's and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean when we got there, and the book on the table in the kitchen was very helpful. We loved the patio and made use of it every day. I think a lot of thought and care went into outfitting this house as a rental. My only problem was that a garage was listed as one of the amenities when I booked the property and yet when we got there we found this was not the case. In the end, it wasn't a big enough deal that it could overcome the excellent time we had there but it's something of note that is not quite right. We would love to stay there again sometime.

We had a wonderful time for our last family vacation before we head back to the grind of teaching and school life. The place is the best we have found for our family with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful view each morning. The patio was the perfect place to end our evenings

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has been completely redone and is just beautiful! We loved the big bathrooms, showers, balcony and views of the ocean. Our only complaint is the mattresses. They were VERY uncomfortable.

Quiet neighborhood, partial ocean view, not in the middle of town so you need to drive or bike to services but being away from the central area is relaxing. Whomever decorated the house had a good eye for design. Gotta be ok with a flight of stairs. Once in all one floor. Deck out front offers nice views into town. Nice dishes, glass and flatware. However pots and pans and utensils quite an eclectic compilation as one might collect at a thrift store. Plenty of towels but no products for the bath and shower aside from a small piece of soap so this was disappointing. No access to garage to store one’s bikes or other valuables. Overall an excellent property and will look forward to visiting again.

This is an amazing place! It's beautifully decorated, spacious and in a great location with an ocean view. We are 4 friends of a "certain age" celebrating a pivotal birthday with beachcombing, enjoying nature and wine tasting was the goal. We loved every minute! The patio is wonderful, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and the beds and furniture were comfy. The only thing that was not accurate on the listing was the garage- it is not available for parking, but the driveway could easily fit two cars. We totally recommend you book your stay at this terrific property.
