Our secluded treehouse will be your nest in the woods. Pet friendly cabin with a beautiful Lake Rabun view from our wrap around porch. Open floor plan allows for bright sunshine to cascade indoors. King bed and extra sleeping daybed is ideal for couples and couples with small children. Also our cozy screened in porch allows for comfortable outdoor dining, watching movies and summer naps! Located across the street from Hall's boat house & marina. Walking distance from Max's Lakeside Restaurant & Bar, Lake Rabun Hotel and Lake Rabun pavilion. We are close to Tallulah Gorge, Clayton, Black Rock Mountain, and multiple hiking trails. There are several activities in the area including fishing, zip lines, white water rafting, waterfalls, hiking trails, horse back riding, boating and much more! Come enjoy a magical weekend in Rabun.

The property was absolutely beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better host. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Great location looking down on Lake Rabun and near all the lake action and nice hikes. Since the building is in the air, glass on all sides, and you are looking out at the treetops, it almost feels like a treehouse. It is a nice quiet retreat.

Property was very charming and a great location, very private. Definitely would stay there again. And, the host Scotty was very good with communication.
My only suggestion would be a larger TV for upstairs.

This property was better than expected for my family of 4. We really hated we could not spend more time at the cottage, as we were running to and fro so much. The view from the living room is wonderful. My favorites times were sunrise and sunset overlooking the lake!! The home is cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. White shiplap, warm lighting, comfortable furnishings inside and out. Our host, Mrs Freeman was always in touch and very knowledgable of everything to do and see in the area. We will be back. Also the neighborhood is very nice and we walked it twice for exercise.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our dog. The plentiful windows and doors provided so much natural light all around, with multiple access points to the wrap-around porch, and view of the lake down the hill. Scotty was an excellent host and even left us fresh eggs. We were within walking distance of the lake as well. Would highly recommend!

This cottage is tucked away in a very private setting in the heart of Lake Rabun. It's easy to walk to things around Halls Boat House. This cottage is perfect for a couple and a couple of dogs. I look forward to my next trip to Lake Rabun and my next stay at this cute cottage.

Perfect for our needs
What a fantastic location. Worked out perfectly for our needs. It was like a giant hotel room with an outstanding view and easy parking. The lake was so much fun over the holiday and the weather in July was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Scotty communicated well, answered the questions we had, and was quick to respond to a minor issue we had with the WiFi. We enjoyed hikes in the area, and my husband enjoyed road cycling around the nearby lakes in the mountain terrain. In the afternoon we sat out on the deck and with a fire in the chiminea. The house was clean and tidy and well appointed. Scotty was kind and left us some of her farm fresh eggs. Thanks for a great long weekend.

Great property but it’s the small things that would make it even better
-night lite in bathroom. It is pitch dark there at night our only option was to leave the bathroom light and crack the door-little investment big payback
-please upgrade the quality of the TP. You obviously took the time to lay out the property spend a little more in an area that was overlooked

Beautiful Unique Cabin with Fantastic View and High End Touches
Scotty was a fantastic host for our wedding weekend in Lake Rabun. A family of friends stayed at this property and loved every bit of it. The downstairs bedroom had a camping kind of feel for his two girls and the upstairs is really a high end large studio with fantastic views of the lake and the woods. Extremely well furnished and lovely throughout. Highly recommend staying at this property if you're in the area.

Wonderful weekend
Scotty’s place was lovely and perfect for our weekend stay. Communication was excellent. It was clean, had everything we could need, plus amazing views of the lake and surrounded by woods. There were lots of little touches that made the place special including farm fresh eggs from Scotty. The driveway is steep and we have a little car but we followed the directions provided and didn’t have an issue. We would definitely be back!

Enjoyed our long weekend! Cabin has a wonderful view of the lake and is an easy walk to the marina. Lots of outdoor space on the wraparound deck, which also has a chimenea for a nice fire in the evening. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Amazing cabin tucked away in the midst of nature with absolute privacy and security
We really had a great time. The cabin is beautiful and so many windows and natural light coming in from all directions. It’s close to the main road and yet tucked away in the trees to give absolute privacy. We really loved the privacy. The fact that it’s a secure facility was such an advantage. The deck on all four sides was great for our pets to run around and still be within boundaries. We did have some issues with the WiFi connection but Scotty and Jason as hosts were super helpful and responsive and made sure that the issue got resolved.
We would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.

Our family of 4 loved staying here! The cabin was airy and bright with an excellent wrap around porch. We enjoyed the grill, hammock, fire pit and the view! The kids slept on the sleeping porch where they listened to the summer insects and saw some fireflies!

This house was great! Had everything we needed and was super close to the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat. The house is small, and it's worth noting that the screened in porch with the daybed is not directly attached to the house. You have to go outside and down the porch stairs to get to the porch. We had our two young kids with us so they slept on a blow up mattress, All in all we were very happy with the stay and would definitely come back without the kids!

This house was great! Had everything we needed and was super close to the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat. perfect little cabin
This cabin just worked out great for us. Location is great, just across from Hall's Boathouse, and just down the street from Lake Rabun Hotel. Great view from the cabin of the lake and mountains. Very private property, off the main road. Super comfortable king bed. Clean & neat. Easy 15 min ride to Clayton for dining and coffee shops. Property manager Scotty was very responsive and pleasure to deal with. We very much enjoyed this cabin at Rabin Bluffs.

The wrap around porch, grill, and hammock are just small extras that made our trip perfect. Just a short walk and drive to the marina and restaurants. The app was never updated with check-in information so we were left at the gate until someone let us in. The house was unlocked so we could get in but we had to contact customer service for gate code, house code, and WiFi access but were on hold for a long time. Once we got customer service, everything was good. Great cabin with nice views. Customer service connected us to owners to get access to codes. Owners were awesome.Two issues. 1. The steep road with loose gravel was challenging and, the more we travelled it, the harder it became even in low gear. And, we are familiar with mtn driving. 2. The master bed had foam over a mattress and, as a result, it was lumpy experience, not high end for the price paid.

The interior of the cabin was very nice with the exception of the bed which is very uneven with hills and troughs. The stove and oven did not work.The outside of the cabin was dirty. The deck was not swept nor was the furniture cleaned. The gravel driveway is very steep with curves and despite the low gear we used, it was a perilous climb.The location and view were wonderful for relaxing and enjoying spring.

The outside of the cabin was dirty. The deck was not swept nor was the furniture cleaned. The gravel driveway is very steep with curves and despite the low gear we used, it was a perilous climb.
The location and view were wonderful for relaxing and enjoying spring.
