This 1,100 sq ft newly renovated 2nd floor apartment boasts a new kitchen w. granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floor. With 3 bedrooms and 1 bath you can conveniently sleep 6 guests. Furthermore, there is parking available for 4 cars for those busy weekends and hosting large groups. A small dedicated workspace equipped with computer monitor, keyboard, mouse & universal adapter for your laptop makes this a great work from home "staycation" option! Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. Basic local channels available though antenna or Roku Apps. There is no cable television at the apartment. Complimentary premium streaming provided through the Peacock TV app on the Roku television. You are also welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. This vacation rental is located on the second floor -- it's one of two units on property. The welcoming owners live next door and are available for any questions throughout your stay. Located on the southern bank of the Merrimack River where it empties into the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Newburyport is quaint, picturesque, walkable and has many top-rated restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. We recommend The Grog for pub food, Michael's Harborside for seafood on their open-air deck, The Poynt for small plates and cocktails and The DECK for casual waterfront dining and drinks. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules. ***The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment. ***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance.
