Everything as expected. Dennis is great to work with. The only thing I would have wished for was room darkening shades or curtains for main bedroom. Too bright.

We had a great stay.

The condo is very clean. The view is nice, I would recommend putting a fan on the deck, it gets a little warm. Dennis was very responsive! Living room furniture is comfortable as well. The only other recommendation I would make is to supply beach towels for the pool or lake. Other than it was great, especially at the price point it’s at!!

In general, our stay was comfortable and met our needs. Dennis (the owner) was very communicative and answered our messages right away. The condo complex is older and showing it’s age however the price point was good.

Overall, the condo was clean and well equipped. Our only suggestion would be to provide 2 or 3 bars of hotel size bath soap. Our only complaint was there were exactly 6 bath towels, but only 5 washcloths (the condo was advertised to accommodate 6 people and there were 6 of us). We enjoyed the shaded deck and quiet community. Both pools were nice and well maintained. Dennis was friendly and easy to work with. Phone communication was better than email. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would rent from Dennis again.

Went for the first time as a girls trip. Didnt disappoint!! Views were amazing and the place was clean.

This was an amazing property for my senior parents to stay in as they both have knee issues. There were two recliners so they could elevate their legs and just 2 steps up from the parking lot to get into the condo. Dennis keeps a large amount of kitchen accessories Toaster, coffee makers, utensils, plates etc that greatly helped us with meal planning when we didn't want to eat out. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and plenty of towels for all. It was very nice sitting on the covered deck without getting wet during rain showers. Dennis is so easy to work with, excellent communication, and quick response times. We will definitely use this condo again in the future!

Condo was very clean and spacious. Loved the view from the deck. We had a relaxing vacation. Hope to come back soon.

Very nicely decorated and furnished condo. Gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony and the outdoor pool. Slight noise from upstairs neighbors - you can hear them walking around, but nothing terrible. The gate system took a minute to figure out, but was a nice security feature that we appreciated.

Clean, nice place - the noise of the recorded bird scarers at the boat docks was a bit annoying.

My stay in SWS was just delightful. The condo was lovely and oh, so clean!! Went to the St. Pat’s Day Parade on Saturday which was so fun and filled with nice people. I didn’t eat at the condo nor was I there all that much; but returning there to sleep was great; and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again if Dennis would have me!! Thank you!!
