Edgar é extremamente atencioso e gentil. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem equipados com armários, TV. A água quente do banheiro estava perfeita. Há um pátio interno com uma cozinha que pode ser utilizada para cozinhar o que queira. Também há filtro com água potável disponível. A pousada fica numa rua com padarias e restaurantes ao redor. Em poucos minutos de caminhada se chega ao Parque Calderón. Também é fácil de ir caminhando até o terminal terrestre (sem mala). Edgar está sempre pronto a ajudar no que precisemos. Edgar também foi gentil ao.lavar algumas peças de roupas minhas.

O patio interno é ótimo para socializar, mas alguns hóspedes fazem barulho ali após as 21h, o que incomoda dentro dos quartos, uma vez que estes estão ao redor do pátio. A luz do pátio também entra no quarto, talvez uma cortina blackout fosse uma boa opção para evitar a entrada da luz bem na cama.

Not To be able to stay longer

I absolutely loved my stay with Edgar and his family in this wonderful hostel. They were so kind and really went out of their way to assist. I ended up staying longer in Cuenca than I initially planned as it was so comfortable, friendly and relaxing there. They also did all my washing for free and really took care of my clothes when they did so. They make you feel part of the family and the other guests were great too. I had a fantastic time there, it was exceptional. Highly recommended.

location was excellent - right outside of the busy part of calle larga but still very central.

noiseproofing was bad - an annoying family was really poorly teaching their kids and their kids were throwing a tantrum.

I really like this place! The owner and his daughter are lovely people and went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. The room and shower are more spacious than what appears in the photos and the bed is comfortable. Everything was very clean and the washer/dryer is available for guests to use. I met lots of fellow travellers in the common areas and overall this place just has a really nice, chill vibe. I will be back!

The facilities were great. Owners were very friendly and helpful. They even washed my clothes for free. Everything was super clean. Loved staff Edgar, Veronica and Samantha. Samantha even took time to play cards and a few chess games with me. A wonderful experience. If you’re visiting Cuenca, Posada Todos Santos is the place to stay. Excellent 💕

Cuenca is very touristy place and thus many visitors compete for the hotel beds. The place was modest but clean, comfortable and priced well. The owner was extremely accommodating and hopped on his motorcycle to lead us through the labyrinth of the narrow old streets to show us the way to the only clinic open on Saturday that we needed.

The owner and his daughter are really super nice, I really felt like at home. The kitchen is well equiped, the room was big, everything is perfectly clean and the location is perfect. If we come back to Cuenca we would definitely stay there again.

Andres, the owner and manager, is the nicest, friendliest and genuinely kind host I have been the pleasure to meet in Ecuador. His Posada is well run and comfortable, nicely close to a busy street with restaurants and bars while remaining perfectly quiet itself.

This hostel is located on the most party street of Cuenca, but at the same time it is very quiet, cozy and safe. There are beautifully decorated rooms, perfect cleanliness. Staff are always there to help. You feel at home. And then there's the delightful patio

Had a fantastic stay here! Really good price quality. Very friendly hosts :) They did my laundry for free and helped wherever needed. Clean bed and bathroom. Room spacious enough.

For our budget we couldn’t fault it. Clean, comfortable. Washing machine, an area to eat or work. Great bakery for pastries or breakfast 2 mins away. Bars and restaurants 10 minutes the other way. Friendly, helpful staff.

My room did not have a real window - it was to the corridor only, therefore had no daylight. Pay attention when booking!

The location was perfect and located on Calle Larga. The staff were very easy to communicate with and even stayed up late to check us in because our bus was delayed. The beds and sheets were super comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were perfect, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The stay was quiet and adorable, and they even had a washer/dryer you could use for free!
